It was an average deserving guest house with normal service but the food was good specially the hyderabadi biryani with haleem and the mutton salan was nice. And the surrounding of the hotel was typical hyderabadi style.

first of all it is not a hotel its a guest house where i just visited with my friends in the month of August since I'm frequent traveler of Hyderabad so visited the place i got this guest house in Better price. The food quality and the surrounding is awesome

It was a big mistake that i had done by taking Kunas residency (Nampally) for my 2 day visit,
Please avoid taking this Hotel, even in worst case scenario.
My Experience: 
1. Its a Apartment based Guest House, and Not a genuine Hotel.
2. Floor of the room was cleaned from 7 days,so you can feel Dust in your feet, if you don't wear sleepers.
3. Bathroom light was not working.
4. Toilet Tap was leaking.
5. Shower knob was removed, so you are left with no option but have to use Bucket and Mug, which was again muddy.
6. Fan regulator knob was missing, so again i have no option but have to use Fan at a speed which was too fast.
7. Hotel has no facility of restaurant or even a tea. You have to give money in advance then the hotel staff person will bring ordered food or tea.
Best Thing:-
1. Hotel is located at prime Location of Nampally.
2. It is at walk-able distance from Hyderabad Railway station.

As a reviewer, I don't want to harsh, but yes my experience was Pathetic.

Hope they will listen and improve their amenities, which they are promising in website

Pathetic Experience

Please avoid going here if you're looking for a hotel experience. Its a guest house with pathetic service. Extremely misrepresented. Its close to the Hyderabad railway station and that is the only benefit
