Once we went inside the hotel, the hotel was kept very clean. The rooms were also spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also very clean & 24x7 hot water was available. So really good rooms according to the budget of the hotel. The room service was also upto the mark and perfect. The staff was really courteous. The breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant and was very very tasty. They served yummy dosa, idli, parathas and very good tea. The breakfast is really a plus point of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all the business travelers and would personally love to go back to this hotel for another stay. Expecting that Swagath-De-Royal maintains this level of service and quality for a long long time.
