well maintained and wonder full rooms at budget. team was very friendly and cooperation was good 24 hours helpline. i have checked in 2 hours early with ease booked in fab hotel app and received 20% discount.

Hotel was very excellent and the way their service they hospitality is very good the price also so cheap almost atmosphere is very good what the money it's also value for the money so no worry about anything

This hotel is situated near the busy Gachibowli Junction, very close to the Outer Ring Road, still offers a quiet stay. The staff is courteous and approachable. The rooms are specious and clean. They also have some reserved car park along the road. Food needs an upgrade though.

awesome hotel at small price

Nice Place to Stay

It's ok for solo but it will be very difficult when you go with your family So please watch out and book a room.And the other hospitality is also good. The service they are providing is also acceptable.

They are totally unprofessional hoteliers they just want money out of everything even drinking water is a problem their. They overcharged even of your meals were part of your plan . Disgusting. Fortunately I crossed check at the time of check otherwise they would have overcharged. I checked out one night prior and went to other hotel just because of unhygienic and non supportable staff. Strongly recommending not to go there rest up to you thanks.

Terrible stay experience

The is the dirtiest of all OYO hotels I have stayed in and the customer service well they followed the ritual called me and resolved the case - sweet for them. Didn't have a chance to post this for a while. This hotel and the OYO customer service has left me massively disappointed. I don't have the phone number I used to book anymore so posting it here (as they don't allow email signins or whatever). I had called them about checking in really late 2:00 AM in the night. Upon arrival taken to a room with bedsheets dirtier than you can imagine. Bathroom stinking like hell. The room was probably not cleaned after the last person left. Changed two more rooms to find cockroaches and smoke well the same consistency of dirty rooms. At the end was so tired tried to find other hotels couldn't get any at 4:00 AM. Somehow slept there (an experience to scar you for sometime). Wrote a detailed complaint through OYO assist at 4:00 AM. Customer service calls at 7:30, hotels desk sends someone to check again (tried to offer complementary breakfast, extended stay) in the dirty hole this place is. OYO customer service happily resolves the case as closed. Since you have read so far I saved the best bit for the last - I talked to the manager who came in after 9:00 AM , he says they had run out of all clean rooms so they had to offer me unclean ones. Kept pleading with me and calling me afterwards to not leave a 1 star review.  Well I cannot let other's fall prey to this scam of OYO flagship thing. So far I have had more than a decent experience with OYO hotels specifically flagship ones. But if this is standard and the level of customer service then it's time to plan ahead and spend more. Don't even want to post the photos and spoil the mood of the person reading it. You have been warned !

A really dirty place and you have been warned

I've stayed many a times here before the revamp of the hotel. Eaglewood as a sole stand alone was far better. I booked through oyo app only in past but didn't have such terrible issue. But since the merger i.e. Oyo Flagship, it has gone worse here. Reception staffs don't know how to talk and are very impolite and rude. The receptionist asked for my ID and said to collect it during departure. Booked for 2 nights, towels provided was only 1 and had to call for Shower gel as well. No TCM supply available wherein the kettle was there in room. Had to call for Water bottle. All general room amenity requests took 30 mins to 3hrs as well. Staffs were too rude first day ordered for lunch from out as I got to know Nest restrau is no more available. The guy at reception mentioned "come down and collect OK" that was indeed rude. Which I never faced in past. Water pressure in the bathroom was stagnant and even the flow of water was frickling to high to low in every 5secs. Hot water was coming at a luke warm level after 40 mins. Had to call for room cleaning the very next day. Later they called and enforced me to order from their restrau at the lobby level. I appreciate Anand who was polite but goofed up my food order lot of time. As I was allergic to Green chillies I asked not to add all the time I ordered but the same was ignored due to which I couldn't eat it. I appreciate the guy in a red half coat as he was nice. Check out was worse as it took a long time. The person who took it was not aware about the basics. He denied to gimme invoice copy. I don't know if I was over charged. As the bill came upto almost 3K. I was charged INR 1200 for 03 meals, wherein as per my calculations they have over charged me. The receptionist mentioned we don't provide invoice and pay by cash or paytm as there machine was down. It will come on my email they said and asked me to wait. Entire thing took so long due to which I got late. I haven't received the invoice yet. I wasted my money staying here this time. Won't be staying anymore by repeating the same mistake again, neither will recommend this hotel to my friends or colleagues. The breakfast quality was worse. And they weren't telling what all is their in breakfast. Due to which I couldn't have it as well. Nobody was present on restrau, asked for a coffee he made me wait for 20 mins. Hence I left having it. I regret spending at this place for nothing good. Management who were handling before were far better. Also as per the room cleaning staff, they said that they change linen only if somebody uses it for 5-6 days. Hygiene being a big big concern. Bed bugs can be something dangerous to follow.

Mr. Naveen Chowdhary Myneni is disconnecting my calls and finally he blocked me out when he knew that he needs to refund me back. Pathetic hospitality shown by the management.

This was the first time I booked a Fab hotel and this will probably be the last time. Extremely pathetic service and even worse response. I made the booking 3 days prior to my check in and especially requested for a king size bed. 
To my surprise upon check in I was refused upfront that they can't give me king bed. I called to the Central reservations and they are even bigger bunch of unprofessionals. Thrice my call was transferred and finally disconnected but to no success. 
Wifi code provided by the hotel doesn't work and your own mobile data won't work due to bad network. Round the clock in room dining service is also not available. Fan in the room is faulty. 
TV doesn't work and upon asking they say they can't do anything as this is an external error. Transportation connectivity is even poor from the location. A simple Ola doesn't get booked. Receptionist was extremely rude. 

Never book this hotel again. 

First and the last stay 

I had booked for my friend Ramesh Kumar Prasad on 2nd August who came from all the way from Bihar had 1st experience not good instead of asking for king bed multiple times allotted twin bed room later on repeted request got king bed .. experience was horrible when it's comes about food ..Found insects in food ...

Worst service ever

Stayed here for 4 nights and they made sure that every next day is worse than the previous day. Room service will not provide you tea or water.TVs in the room doesn't work. When you complain the staff will make you responsible for everything not working
