Aristro Club

I stayed here during my visit to IIM. This is a little far from the city so those who are coming for only city visit shouldn't stay here. Those coming to IIM or to that side of the city should prefer this resort. Staff provides you with all possible information regarding the city and also cooks as per your requirements. I am sure for many food and neat stay will be major requirement. Will go back there next year during my next visit to IIM.

Very courteous staff

Stayed here with friends for a night. The rooms are damp and the service is bad. Breakfast was served slowly and otherwise too, the food options are limited. I think the rooms are priced high due to a monopoly of remotely decent hotels in Joka. If you're staying in IIM Calcutta for a course, try getting a booking at TATA Hall or MDC (Managed by Sarovar Portico) inside the campus. The rooms and food are way better and similarly priced.

Decent stay

Though the hotel is centrally located and very near street shopping, the property is old and not maintained. Furniture is at least 2-3 decades old, and rooms are stinky. I had A horrible experience with the food. I ordered sea food and got stale food which was stinking, I am sure, even Cats and dogs will not touch that. More surprising is the FnB staff's behavior, they took it as routine and did not even bother to check.

worst one

I visited there for a family wedding, Very basic and not a pleasant stay at all. Looks like a shooting ground. It spread over the place in a scattered manner. The entrance design is like a gothic palace but doesnt go with the place at all. All the reviews given on trip advisor earlier dsnt match expectation. No lift usage facility for elders. Very very basic

Poor Hotel, bad service

A decent stay. Location is a bit far from city and more suitable to those visiting IIM. The hotel was average in terms of rooms and services. Staff was decent too and overall it was decent and good stay.

Decent stay...

This is a pathetic place . Actually should be scored minus on scale of 1-5. The reception is dingy. Rooms are dilapidated . Stains every where. Faucet broken. Showers don't work. No intercom in rooms. Breakfast is served meagre. The Worst is they give a gate pass while leaving . Inhospitable place . To lock the room one had to use keys i.e. from inside when you are in room. No latches. Service is delayed . Staff is stressed though good so service heavily affected . 

Top 10 pathetic hotels

This property is a scam, its not worth the money they charge, The doors are faulty. Rooms are outdated. The toilet flush does not work, lot of mosquitos.

Would advise all to stay far away from this hotel.
The room at best can be priced at Rs 1000.
