Lovely bed and breakfast with warm and welcoming interior design. The staff/family were all very accommodating and friendly towards us. The whole venue was extremely clean which was a major relief us. There did seem to be some mould forming around the ceiling in our room, but otherwise a really great place that I would definitely recommend. Great location too, near to Park St. Breakfast was included and is made to order. There are good indian options and/or eggs, cereal etc.

We stayed here for a week.
Family and staff were lovely.
We were on the top floor, and there was an elevator.
Breakfast was very nice, and chef would cook fried/scrambled eggs, omelette, curry and there was also cereal, fruit, etc.
There was a family wedding in the garden when we were there, but didn’t affect our stay. In fact it was very interesting seeing the build up and meal prep for all the guests.
Hotel was about 10 minute walk to Park St.
Plenty to do in the city, and everywhere felt really safe (even in the early hours) and the local people seemed genuinely happy to see tourists there.

Amazing room! Very clean, comfortable and homely. I stayed at this property for over 1 mth (October to November 2023) during the Puja's. Mehul and his family are warm and friendly and go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The property is located in a quieter area of Kolkata but close to everything! Features: Massive comfortable king size bed; big screen TV; modern & very clean bathroom; great breakfast; 24 hour access in security building. I can highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. 

Our family of four stayed in adjoining rooms at the Moira Bed and Breakfast for three nights in the first week of March.

The house is beautifully furnished and extremely safe. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with all the amenities you would find in a hotel.

Housekeeping staff is excellent and the breakfast was simple, freshly made and adequate.

The location is quiet and convenient just a five minute walk to bustling Park Street and cabs are plentifully available.

Although we did not meet Mr Mehul, he was always in touch with us to ensure that we had a comfortable and fantastic stay.

Great place to stay for families.

The room was great, just as described in the portal and the hosts were amazing too. The room was clean and hygienic ans our stay was very much comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's visiting the city.

I had the privilege of being the first guest at Mehul's newly listed property. The bungalow is located right at the center of Kolkata and is simply lavish. Every major attraction is at most a 15 min walk or a 5 min Uber ride away. Being very close to Park Street, Forum mall, Quest mall this place is a heaven for foodies, and guess what, almost everyone in the Patodia family is a Foodie, they would have great recommendations for you if you ask them. Not only that, everyone in the family showered an insane amount of love on me. The day I reached Kolkata, all of them actually sat down with to make a travel map for me! All of us used to have lunch and breakfast together and had some wonderful chat every time. The food was of course delicious. The biggest plus with this homestay according to me is that you get to live with the family, an experience that most of us are no longer privileged to have. And even then you are allowed your own private space when you need it. The Wifi is the fastest I have had in India. Also Pepper! The wonderful dog, once you become friends with her, she is surely one of the cutest creatures in Kolkata! I would highly recommend this homestay, bed and breakfast!

The Moira was a wonderful place for our family to start its India trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, the food was fabulous and our hosts were friendly and attentive. We had such a great time just talking to the different members of the host family that it was sometimes hard to venture outside. The home is situated in a terrific neighborhood. It's easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants, the Victoria Memorial and great shopping.

The host was very cordial. He had assisted us in all our queries.  
The place was very neat and beautiful. It is located at the heart of the city. One of the most beautiful properties I have even stayed in. 

Very good place to stay and extremely clean properry. Food quality very good and they keep the hygeine level. One of the best places i have ever stayed. Its easily accessible by public transportation and situated in the heart of the city.

Gorgeous and clean property

We were very impressed with our stay here. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was a fine size and very comfortable. The fan and the A.C. were well used by us because of the heatwave which we and all of Kolkata as well as Delhi had to endure. We were well provided with safe drinking water which was essential to have during this time. 
Food was South Indian style in the main which was an adventure for us and maybe a bit challenging but at all times we could ask for the typical mundane western style breakfast. We had a particularly nice experience when my husband was presented with a birthday cake for breakfast! (We had mentioned in passing to some of the guests the day before.) It was particularly nice to sit down at breakfast with the family and other guests and interact and exchange stories with them. 
TV was a bit challenging to manage but we didn't spend much time watching anyway.

A truly enjoyable Indian experience in a beautiful Indian home.

Good location

This place is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The quirky floors added to character. The shower was hot great, hot water and powerful and the beds were comfy. I was on a business trip and the place is well connected with all means of transportation to commute across the city. 

A huge thanks to staff for remarkable hospitality. I was blown away! The beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean, but what stands out even more is all of the extra thoughtful touches. I left refreshed and fuelled with a delicious and wholesome breakfast. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

It’s a huge villa with big rooms located in heart of Kolkata. It’s accessible and major attractions of the city are near by. Mehul and his family are amazing hosts. Do try the food at their place it’s really good.
