me and my friends decided to do a one night stay in vegas, and we decided on the nobu ceaser palace and we encountered two of the most amazing people, jade and theary k. they were both attending us and other customers they recommended many places and things to do while we where here! ali really appreciate the service and time they provided us and i will definitely be back! THANK YOU CEASER PALACE FAMILY!!!!!!!

Wow third time in Vegas and this really hits the spot! Magical from the beginning to the end this hotel is in a new category all by itself! Outdid everyone in the strip with grace and perfection! Not enough stars to rate it!

On checking in to Caesar's Palace we asked the locatio of the Concierge. Tomek heard my husband state he wanted some good food, not fast food and I was interested in some adventure. Tomek addressed where to go for sit down meal without reservations, best times to visit, and local adventures. We never visited the Concierge after checking in with Tomek. Morton's filet mignon was excellent!! I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Tomek.

This is our "Go To" place in Vegas! The Scenery is to die for! It offers Gambling, Shopping, and Great Activities for the Family. You may want to clear up alot of Storage space on your phone, because you're gonna need it! Wait until you get into the Mall area!!! Trust Me

Been there before and this is one of these factories hotels that everything is ok but nothing is exceptional across the board, service, food, attractions etc. I can’t complain though it was very nice stay and room was ok. 

We upgraded to a mini sweet for 8 bucks (no lie). The Room was awesome. We had our own bathrooms with connecting showers..Bed was comfortable and she had her own vanity station. The Pool was great and the buffet was awesome. The food prices were kinda expensive and paying for parking when you leave, gives you a bad taste in your mouth. $15 bucks a day. Especially if your not platinum or higher.  I'm not Anymore. Overall It was fun and we did our first uber there.. They Have Their Own pickup area. Still had a great time.

A truly magical stay!

Hard to navigate but comfy 

EXTREMELY NICE

Ceasars Palace should be ashamed!! We had a PRE-PAID room with a check in time of 4pm. We got there at 2:30 (NO VALET, apparently no one wants to work), we were told that not only was the room not ready, but that THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE  the room at 4pm. Not only was the room NOT READY but I had to get dressed for 5 o'clock dinner reservations IN THE LOBBY BATHROOM!!!!!!! I was completely disgusted!!!! If they could not accommodate guests then they SHOULD NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS! HOW WOULD THEY LIKE TO GET DRESSED FOR AN EVENING EVENT IN THE COMMON BATHROOM???? THERES NOTHING LIKE GETTING DRESSED WHILE LISTENING TO TOTAL STRANGERS TAKE A PEE. Meanwhile we go to the Borgata and its business as usual,  Valets, rooms available,  what is Ceasar's excuse?????? To make matters even worse, they NEVER called/texted that the room was ready, we HAD TO CALL AT 7:30 PM TO BE BE TOLD WE FINALLY HAD A ROOM!!!! WTF?? I would never ever stayed here again!!

Horrible Check In Service

My bestfriend and her husband treated their daughter to a 21st birthday celebration in Las Vegas!
On Tuesday we booked a Pub Crawl and one of the stops was at the Omina in Ceasars Palace. We stayed their all of 30 minutes and decided to go to a more relax atmosphere. We saw a lobby bar/lounge Alto and decided to have a drink there. When we found a table and sat down. No waitstaff came to greet us or take our order. Not a problem, two of us headed over to the bar and order drinks for the table. Sometime after ordering our first round of drinks and still no sign of waitstaff I proceeded to the bar to order another round of drinks. There was no line and 3 bartenders standing there. I asked the bartender who'd helped before if he could take my order he looked at me and informed me that he was NOT my bartender then all three walked away.I walked over to one of them and asked do you guys have assign bartenders to wait on certain people? He said no. He went on to say that the person you helped me initially, was a bar back. Elsewhere my friend husband was having problems with another bartender. Finally the Manager came and tried to smooth things over by giving the birthday girl a beer. We left with the beer sitting on the table. We weren't excepting for anything free. We were expecting friendly customer service. Before, posting this I saw that this place has 2.5 stars on Caesars Palace website reviews and I know why.

21st Birthday

The room was new and spacious but it smelled cigarette so bad. Plus, the check in process took so long. From the parking to the reception it’s about half an hour walk -while having to carry your luggage- and then back to the room. Awful experience.

Not clean - check in takes soooo long

The worst customer service ever that hotel needs a major upgrade and better employee I'll never stay there again i was refused of towels and tissue paper never again.to me Vegas ppl seems to be racist especially at the hotel
