We stayed at thus hotel on our trip to Mata Vaishno Devi, we booked family room it was good hotel was nice with enough parking space and polite staff, food waa also good and timely room service. We recommend this hotel.

Centrally Located. Clean and neat. Very airy. Walking to all eating out places. Very functional and clean wash rooms. Good service. friendly staff. Please selsct your room before you check in since some rooms dont have good view or balcony.

The hotel is centrally located in karta chowk. It consist of three floor. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. Room tariff are also reasonable. Room Service is also very good. Tea served was also very tasty.
If you are looking for medium range hotel then this is it. Go for it.

We had booked Pkg from Duke Kashmir from 8/5/16 to 9/5/16,
We were 9 + 1 (Child) Pax, as such we had booked 4 Dbl Bed rooms & 1 Triple bed room
Our Pkg consists of Hotels in MAP basis 

Location : Very good location, just on the mkt area .
Rooms : Good rooms, spacious, good place to stay.
Service: Service is good. Excellent support.
Overall Rating : Very Good

This is a budget hotel in katra located just walking distance with market bus stand etc .Hotel is very clean with lift facility .only nagtive thing that blanket they used is very old and dirty .i advice to hotel management please replace your blanket

NICE LOCATION

This is a budget hotel in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir.
Located three or four minutes walk from Katra Bus Stand.
Just little distance from main road so calm and quite atmosphere without disturbance.
Nice stay for me.

Budget Stay

Disappointed with the services, cleanliness & miss behave. They first told me nothing after that charged me for everything. I also booked the room on the basis of rating but totally wasted my money. It was a very bad experience for me. It was a lot of insects under the bedding at night.

Stayed with family at this hotel. Since we came down from darshans at late night and had kids with us, we had to stay at this hotel.
The hotel is pathetic, unclean and filthy. The pictures speak for themselves. Toilets were very dirty. The room furniture had termite and what not. Better avoid.
