We stayed for 3 nights and were able to negotiate a very good price for one of their AC rooms. This room was very large, very clean, had a big balcony, a fridge, huge balcony windows and was very comfortable. We also had very strong wifi signal in our room. It is nestled amongst many other hotel and is less than 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins walk to Lighthouse beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. 

I don't understand why it is listed on its own in Covelong, perhaps an administrative error.
  

Budget wise comfortable stay. Located in Main Place.

Beautiful room. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE LISTED WITH OTHER COVALAM HOTELS AND NOT ON ITS OWN IN COVELONG.

The website of hotel lists restaurant, even the board has it, but actually there is no restaurant or room service, so that is quite msileading. The room size is ok but the AC probably is too small for room. They don't provide blankets in room and aren't quite freindly when you ask afor additional bedding et al. Its a small budget hotel, so don't have high expectations.  The cleanliness in bathroom leaves lot to be desired and the toilet shower was leaking.The good part is its quite near to one of the best beaches in kovalam. I won't recommend staying with kids due to lack of room service and cable tv which mostly shows local channels.

Misleading website

This is a OK hotel - clean and good location. 

We booked this hotel online prior to arriving in India and attempted to email prior to travelling to confirm but got no response. We arrived to the hotel just after midnight (having booked for that night) and discovered that our three rooms where no longer available. The owner told us that he thought we were not coming because we arrived after ten pm so he gave our rooms to someone else - I have no idea how he managed to find six people in two hours. 

We arrived between Christmas and New Year (the busiest time of year) and would have had very little chance of finding another three rooms that night. As a result they gave us one room with a double bed for the night meaning two people had to sleep on the floor. Even after asking for extra blankets/ pillows/ towels we got a couple of sheets. They did promise 'the best rooms for the next night'.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are desperate

Dirty, smelly hotel. The whole place smelled like it had been bathed in phenyl, it was an awful smell everywhere. The photos were extremely misleading compared with the room I was given. There was no blanket or anything in the room and when I was ultimately given something, it was just a thin bed sheet that I was supposed to use as a blanket. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. And to top it off, they had the gall to ask me for a tip at checkout. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

Dirty & smelly

I booked the hotel via Expedia. But hotel said to me they full no room available and they asked me to cancel the booking. Cheating and Expedia not responeded yet.
