Room was nice and clean, spacious. We stayed at room no. 203 which gave a good view of the street. Rate was also cheap and reasonable. It was comfort stay of 2 days in Nashik. The hotel is on main road in Panchavati area of Nashik and very near to Godavari ghat in Ram kund.

It's a bad experience, booked through red bus and ow regretting for booking this hotel and for booking through redbus as well. It was during long weekend we went to shirdi and this hotel reps are so arrogant and rude. We booked a double bed room which is actually big and decent in pics and in real that was pathetic. We asked him to change the room and since we are with 2 yr old kid, asked him for a room in 1st floor. His response was really rude and he upfront asked us to call redbus and cancel the booking if we are not fine with the given room. Then we called redbus, they straightway said that they cannot commit on refund but asked to just email them, in case applicable, they said they will refund. So, I as in a situation where there is a chance of loosing money and not getting accommodation as well. Then, hotel rep understood our helpless situation and tried to take advantage of it by asking for 500 INR extra to provide a comfortable room. Since, it was a peak time and when found out no other rooms were available in none of the hotels, I paid him that extra in cash and then he provided a big room. Which means, he does have rooms available but exploiting the customers to get extra money. Never again to that hotel and never again with redbus.(I was a loyal customer of redbus, booked more than 40 tickets in just 8 months time).
