If you didn't want rush or crowd then come here once as it's located in residential area and specially posh area.rooms are well maintained and staff are helping and polite.you will be recharged and feel fresh early in the morning as many sparrow and Cuckoo sweet songs will encourage you to get up for work out even you are out of home then also.

Been there for 2 days & found it because it's near tomy office. Hotel is very silence. 
Pros:
1. Safe because surrounding residents 
2. Good food coz made in home kitchen 
3. Good wifi
4. Manager is helpful 

Cons:
1. Cost is high as per the guest house 
2. Day time u can't have AC

Its ok to stay there if you go for official trip 

It was a short overnight stay at Ranchi, booked along with air ticket.
Best part was the hot home cooked food. Spacious room with a balcony, with chirping birds outside. Bath room good size with hot water.
Please contact Mr Dhingra, the manager for guidance to reach the place his phone no 9546894022. I suggested to him, to change the bed mattress as its bad, old.
Internet is with BSNL, hence it has its inherent problems, decent speed, free

Good for official trip 

Lovely rest house in a scenic residential area

Rosewood Villa is located in the posh residential locality-Ashok Nagar. The rooms are in first and second floor. One family stays in the ground floor. The entrance is from rear side and when one enters the gate, two pretty dogs start welcoming you trying to come out of their gate. Room size and bathrooms are big. Food is homely and good. The villa is managed by Mr Kuldeep Dhingra, who is really a very nice person. Something one misses is professionalism. I found serving trays not so clean. The crockery in which food was served was always wet. Food too was not so hot etc. etc. I gave honest feedback to Mr Kuldeep and staff. Hope things get improved

Homely ambiance

Merits-
1. The rooms are spacious and clean.
2. The location is in a quiet colony, therefore it is away from the market noises.

Demerits-
1. There is no value for your privacy and the owner and the caretaker have a habit of walking into the room without knocking. KEEP YOUR DOOR LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. 
2. The location is not very favourable for females as there is a 1-2km walk from the main road to the guesthouse on a very lonely and poorly lit road.
3. The owner would be courteous on the phone when you call for booking but there is no consideration of your comfort once you check in.
4. The guesthouse is set on a 4bhk floor and the rooms are constructed very close to each other. Hence, the noises from the hall can be heard very clearly inside the room.

Tip- do not opt for the conveyance the owner suggests as it is outrageously overpriced. Walk to ashok nagar gate number one and take a sharing auto from there. You will end up saving almost 75%.
