I stayed here during the 2017 Kalachakra Ceremony. There was a fruit and vegetable seller on the steps of the Guest House. There were wonderful restaurants on both sides of the Guest House serving delicious Tibetan food. Everything in Bodhgaya is within walking distance: The Mahabodhi Temple, the open-air Tibetan market, most of the many Buddhist Temples, more restaurants and tea shops. The owner of the Guest House also had a connection for having laundry done - the same day!! When I return to Bodhgaya, I will definitely stay in Swagat Guest House!!
