What stood out most during my stay at PrideInn were the friendly faces and consistent service. My room was spotless, had great lighting, working AC, and clean beddings.I interacted with Alex, Kitaa and Mercy during my stay who were very friendly and Polite. The buffet was generous, and there were both local and Indian dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The calm atmosphere made this hotel a great place to unwind after a long trip. Definitely 5 star.

The  Front office staff were very friendly and they give you all the information you need to know about the hotel. the rooms were very clean  and quite . Keep it up . The food is also very nice .We really enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel in Srinagar with modern amenities, excellent in food and service just 1.5 kms from Dallake lake. It is  located near jehlum river and heritage zero bridge in the heart of the city. Staff cooperative

I had a one week journey for my trip to Kashmir. And we had our on a couple of loactions in Kashmir. I checked in on the last two of my journey to this place and i was so overwhelmed with the property and it's hospitality.
They have excellent rooms , welcoming and friendly staff , good food with a handsome tariff plan.
Also i would to share a token of thanks to the owner of the hotel who welcomed us such a great gratitude and respect and also one thing i would really appreciate is that he also provided an complimentary upgrade to our rooms category , we had 3 rooms for 2 nights.
Much satisfied with the service and nature of the hotel management.
Would highly recommend my other fellow mates to have a stay here if there in Srinagar.
And the property is situated in the heart of Srinagar and the surrounding area is also quite calm , connectivity to airport, railway station and other tourists places is also easy.

One of the best hotels during my visit to Kashmir. There is no scenic beauty to be offered unlike other places of Kashmir like Pahalgam, Gulmarg or Sonmarg since the hotel is in Srinagar but they offer very good service. The staff is really good and do their best to serve you. Air conditioner is kept in the room with nice blankets with almost all amenities available. There is a lift available to move across the floors though it moves very slow but serves the purpose. Food was delicious, we had breakfast and dinner during our stay of 2 days. The cable connection was not consistent but the staff was cooperative enough to address our concerns and do their best. The house keeping number on the phone never responded but calling the reception helps to get your request served. You need to take the passage outside to go to restaurant, so it would be good to wear your woollen clothes while going for food. Even the restaurant is not warm enough and felt a bit cooler when we are there. There are a number of shops also around in case if you want to do some small shopping. ATMs are also available nearby.

Now let me come to the best part. Unlike other hotels in Kashmir where we stayed, the staff is not greedy for money torturing you with bombarding requests for tips. Some of them were expecting it but they never asked and many of them did not care. They still fulfilled their duties and I felt it really professional. For the facilities, I would have rated the hotel at 4 but the staff who cares about hospitality rather than money takes my rating for this hotel to 5. Would highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking for an accommodation in Srinagar.

We stayed one day in hotel the pride inn. It is very good hotel with all facilities. Well trained staff and good food. Very clean and in good location. Alongwith soap and shampoo, tooth brush, comb and disposable blade was available.

The location of the hotel is central with walking distance to Dal lake,Zero Bridge.
The hotel staff is very helpful and rooms are nicely maintained .
The breakfast menu is great with variety.
Parking is also available on hotel premises 

This property is little away from Dal lake or Dal gate but conveniently located within the city. The rooms might be little small compared to the competition but the staff is very accommodative in nature. We also got the booking at a very competitive price from make my trip.

Good accommodation. Walking distance to zero bridge and shopping places in Srinagar . Clean and good food served.  Just to improve Wi-Fi connectivity in room and lobby. The signal always lost. 
We stay for 2days and there's a lot of places to visit around the hotel.

The place is very friendly for the family. The rooms are very clean and have a very good interior with more of a wooden touch.The hotel staff is very understanding and cooperative. As, we had left for Kargil one day prior the hotel gave us our full refund, understanding our circumstances.The food is average.
