Hotel stay was very relaxing, staff was good and food was excellent . would recommend to stay there and my rating would be 4 star out of 5 stars

Awesome experience

I stayed at the pride ahm . from the 25th to the 28th of april.  you can get  better hotels at that priceThey call themselves the 4 star hotel but I doubt they can reach a 3 star also .I had no hot water inspite of complaining day in & day out.The cooling in the room is bad. they keep switching off the system ,i guess they do it to cut cost . The staff at the front office is bad. All they keep saying is sorry..which is the easiest word to say !! Right from the GM to the lower front office staff can do with some training .Really a very very bad experience .

Pathetic Pride Hotel

I had to stay here for 3 days. At front office, there is no staff, only a bunch of goon like persons who do not understand basic manners. If there is any female with you, everybody in the staff from waiters to  owner continuously stare her to the point of making her feel uncomfortable. 
Their service is simply pathetic, they offer breakfast (paratha or burnt bread with tea) from the unhygienic thelawala on the main road and serve you at 10 times higher price. Toilets are dirty and bedsheets etc unclean. There is a geyser but no electricity backup. when u need hot water most in the morning for a bath there is no power. 
You can get much better service even at a lodge. This is nothing but a few looters acting as hoteliers.
