I met the family who runs this hotel, before they had set it up: Sunny and his father are very gentile, caring people: they went out of their way to help me out when I had a very unpleasant situation arise while at the hotel they worked at, during my stay in Jaisalmer. I am very sorry the previous reviewer had an unpleasant experience at the Hotel Hari Om, my guess is that since it was quite new, the problem arose out of inexperience, while they were getting started, not out of ill-will. If and when I ever go back to Jaisalmer in the future, I will definitely stay with them...I can't really give it the five stars because I haven't actually stayed with them, as yet! I was in Jaisalmer in February 2014: This father-and-son team are true gentlemen, with an eye for detail and true caring service for the customer, of this I can can truly vouch for.
