the worst hotel there could be in entire rajasthan.......owner is a bully...he is some local politician or something....he is a liar and cheat...never fall for their trap. they catch customers on train by taking their no and pitch their plan to be the cheapest...but it turned out to be the most expensive to us....during the night owner turned up drunk and threatened us to switch off our AC!!!  even at desert

Khan spotted us on the train to Jaisalmer and promised us a great camel safari. We trusted him so went to his hotel to listen to his deal. He told us we would be given turbans, cold beer, a good deal and other young tourists to interact with. We paid 5,500 which I sent around £27 each corn all of this.

Khan didn’t come to the safari. There was no turban, cold beer (which we paid extra for), young tourists to intract with and we found out by the other people on safari we paid doble what we should have. When we stopped at the camp to eat me and my friend were split up from the rest of the tour and told to sit alone. 

We felt so cheated when’s we finally got home we messaged khan telling him we think it wasn’t unfair and that we should have move back. He said no way. 

We strongly recommend you don’t use this hotel or their safari. Khan ripped us off - took the mickey with two young western female travellers and didn’t even apologise when’s we told him we were unhappy with Thebes service we paid over double for!

The person have not provided the quality services as promised. They have charged me 4400/- for four person and the services provided were of not that level. They have provided camel ride which generally cost around 100/- per person, can get a cab for max 1000/-.

Traditional folk dance were not of good quality. Welcome drink i.e. tea and snacks of Poha were so bad in taste. The schedule tour goes very long and time is not managed properly.  They have ruined my desert safari.

Please don't hire services for this hotel.

 I m visited in jaisalmer end of march. In train 2 person come and told me only 600 a.c. room and show me hotel photo. But when I go hotel he told me room rate 600   when I will book desert safari in 15,000 . if not book room rate 2000 per night. after booking of room person are misbehave with my family. I went to other hotel price are very low and desert safari price is start 3000 to 5000 only. very cheater person.their behavior is so bad......never never stay there ......i also doubt about other reviews given here.

Cheater person in hotel please avoid...

i have booked hotel from agoda.com at jaisalmer  india with booking id ID 112746289 during my tour on 29/12/2016. but hotel owner refused me to provide an accommodation terming that he has no connection with agoda.com, the money transferred to agoda is not received to him. i contacted several times to goda customer care but they couldn't solve the problem. i had no option to be trapped by the situation. i was with two families and four little kids. i had to hung at roadside for at least 5 hours in peak winter in the morning waiting to any answer from agoda.com. but no response from them. we had to stay a room paying very much high rate. i suggest not to book any accommodation  bu agoda.com. there were several men also their of humiliated same by agoda.com

i was in jaisalmer with family on Nov 17th. We had booked the Monica guest house however the pick up guy put s up at hotel rose villa as the same is also owned by the same owner Mr Murad. The room was for 350/- with double bed and extra mattress. the rooms are very clean and airy and quaint. Clean blankets and bed sheets given. Washrooms are clean and tidy. Free pick up and drop is given to the station. there have package for sightseeing jaisalmer along with Thar desert safari which the hotel staff do try convincing every possible way in order to avail the package. Package are 2500/- around per person includes jaisalmer sightseeing along with camel safari in the evening at Thar desert sunset pint and back from that desert along with an evening cultural programme dance and music, snacks and followed by dinner served in thali system you can also stay in tent/house for a night which has separate charges. I am not aware of the tent charges as we had leave from jaisalmer the same night to jodhpur

My suggestion is kindly try negotiating with the hotel staff for the package. they will definitely agree. We bargained and negotiated and got a good deal package for 1500/- per person that was absolutely Great. Contact Mr. Murad 09928179275 or Ismail his partner 09602668431
