Hotel Siddharth Palace

Nice place to stay and comfortable. 
But I think they are having different grades of rooms for different types of customers. Since we were two male guests checking in at 11 pm night, they offered the room which borne the marks of torture by previous occupants. The cloths hanger rack was damaged and not a single hanger could be used. Even the mirror had a crack in the corner.
Anyway food served by them was excellent and tasty. Room service and parcel service provided was also good.

Nice place, near to Airport

Hotel's location was not good.The veiw from window was very bad. The room was full of dirt on its furniture. The electric kettel and heater was not there earlier but has been provided after we demand. On our second day the room cleaniness has not been done and the reason was they did not have duplicate keys...but the manager was helpful.

Not upto mark

Hotel is located very near to airport about 2 kms from airport. Hotel staff are very nice and always try to help and guide you. The day we were travelling back, internet was shutdown in jaipur snd we were struggling hard to get a online cab for airport drop. Hotel mansger proactively helped us to arrange a cab for our airport drop. It has a restaurant snd food is really good. Remember it is a vegetarian restaurent. However, i feel the hotel lacks in providing basic amenities as electric kettle, complimentary mineral water which other hotels of the same quality provides. If it can be done will be better. For this, would rate it as a good/ okay stay.

1 night stay. Near to airport

The property is very well made, and location is also good, but maintenance is very basic. The bed sheet provided on 1 side was dirty, but was changed promptly when i made a complaint. There was a very big problem of water pressure in my room as it was very erratic. Overall good enough for a short stay. Toiletries provided were very very basic and not up to mark.

It was descent enough for the price. Had all amenities like A/C, TV and hot water. Room service was okay. Ordered a few breakfast items. Tea was served cold, so had to get it changed. Overall, if you are going to explore city and not spend much time relaxing in the hotel, then it is a good choice to save money! 


Descent place for price

Booked this hotel through Oyo for the period 1st Jan - 3rd Jan. This hotel is located in the middle of a residential area. Chose this as it was not very far from Choki Dhani and is also around 10-15 mins distance from the World Trade Park (a mall). There is a gold souk behind this hotel, at a walkable distance on around 7-10 mins from the hotel where you will get outdoor seating for restaurants serving south indian, north indian veg and north indian non- veg food. At the hotel, we asked for Dosas from the menu but found its not made. Same story the next day as well. Breakfast is also  decent spread with bread butter toast, parathas, pohas, idlis, cornflakes available. Food quality and taste was nice.
We had an arguement with the staff on the first night as the cauliflower in the mixed veg was quite hard but his explanation was that if its too soft, it will get mixed up in the overall veg dish and wont be visible. I tried explaining it to him that still it should be a softer but he kept on repeating the same thing so i let the matter pass. Room quality was decent, but dont use the washroom in the dining area in the basement, its filthy. Overall rooms were nicely maintained but there is coffee/tea maker in the room. We ordered veg sandwich twice through room service and it was very nicely prepared. 
On the day of our return journey, I asked for some water to fill in the windshield wiper storage tank but the staff didnt budge. On asking again, they said that I can get a bottle from the security guard. On asking the guard, he directed me to the garbage bin from where i had to pick out a bottle, go to the guards washroom and fill up the bottle with water. Atleast the staff could have been a little more helpful in this case. 

Overall a small hotel calling itself as a boutique hotel with nothing boutique about it. Didnt go to see the pool as it was winter time, so no use trying swimming. If you want to go nearby choki dhani or the world trade park, take a cab (uber) like I did and save on the money. 
Overall a decent hotel but can do with some improvement in client management, food variety enhancement and better cleaning of rooms and washrooms.

Avg hotel with decent food

It's a budget hotel. Seems to be old and less commonly used. Worst thing about the hotel was there were cockroaches. And they were a real turn off. We called for pesticides to get rid of them temporarily. Parking is limited and on first come first serve basis.
