Overall good stay. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful. Food was also tasty. ........ Stay one night and quite rooms near to all markets on walk in distance. Breakfast was also good. Overall good hotel for short trips......................

they have amazing restaurant , although not very crowded , and i think thats the best part sometimes , silent amazing food , location is little away from city center , but developed area and good basic facilities.

Good hotel for short trips

Amazing Traditional local food

Considering the amount paid it was ok-ok type of hotel. Nothing special that can be mentioned. Even the entrance is from the side. Every good picture is of the restaurant maintained at the ground floor. The rooms are too compact and can accomodate only 1 person comfortably.

Can be avoided !!!

The rooms and decor of the place are good and stayworthy, however the staff made our stay a nightmare and I will not recommend it to anyone. 

First of all, the doors get locked at 2am and the staff basically refuses to open the door. If you want to go out for a bite in case you're hungry, tough luck. They act really rude about it too - I wanted to go out for 1 minute to collect food id ordered and the staff started telling me how many times I'd gone in and out even when the doors were open. Message taken, won't order food when I'm hungry on my vacation. 

Second night, we'd come back from the wedding function around 2 am and we still had some energy in us so we were playing a board game in one of our 5 rooms - we had the entire floor to ourselves. Around 3:30 am the staff member barged into our room without even knocking and started shouting at us - "TUMHARA DIMAAG KHARAB HAI KYA!!!!" and then proceeded to have an altercation with one of us. First of all how scary is it if the staff is just going to barge into your room without even knocking and then starts treating the guests like garbage. 

Third day, again they were extremely rude over phone when we were trying to order food from room service. They have no manners whatsoever and have no right to be in hospitality. The food hasn't even come yet but I'm scared that they'll probably spit in our food the way they're talking to us and treating us. 

I'm not a violent person but after a really really long time I want to bash someone's head in. That's how much chagrin this hotels staff has caused us. 

Honestly please don't come here. The hotel is good but the staff will make your stay a nightmare.

Extremely extremely rude staff - horrible experience

It turned out I booked this hotel directly via email.... at a price of 1250 rupees/night. By accident I found out later,if I had booked it through TA, it would have been 1050/night. I had stayed 3 nights thus losing 600 rupees. While not a huge amount of money, I think it is the principle of the thing. When I discussed this with the owner, he denied that his property was listed, even though I showed him a picture of his hotel on the site! I say, give the Tordi Haveli a failing grade of D!

Bad choice!

Not a good area for two girls to be on their own. No WiFi and extremely rude and unhelpful staff. We didn't stay. We were booked here by a tour who said he knew the area well and trusted it... He was unable to tell us of a single restaurant in the local area.

We recently booked rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are ok for that price but the staff/manager on counter was rude in all discussions. This place needs better staff to manage guests and should learn to talk properly. This place become shady in night. I recommend to avoid this place.
