I am solo traveller to visit Jaipur
I stayed at blue beds, the staff over there is good and amazing.
Hostel was on good location or most important, the staff there I mean tribhuwan shetani khopadi but Dil ka diler Banda and helpful or Hanuman bhaiya like always ready to help us, or our property manager Ajay sir 
Yeh Banda ky hai yaar gajab Banda hai mtlb if you are traveling alone then take this man with you ap bore ni honge or itni achi tarike se sab manage kar raha hai or bhot hi responsible Banda hai 
Inhone Jaipur k bare m Jo Jo bataya woh bhot amazing tha Hume woh facts ni pta the so thanks to blue beds

prime location...10 mins to station, bus stand, government offices and prime locations to visit. picturesque area. all basic amenities and staff was friendly. breakfast was good which gives you a kick start in the day.

Valur for money

It has always been a pleasure to stay in 66 Residency while in Jaipur. This time around it was raining to add to the monsoon bliss. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The manger and the management will always be there to help you out when needed. The environment is homely and the rooms cozy. If you are in Jaipur, do stay for a quite and blissful experience.

Weekend Getaway Bliss

I would rate it 5*. A warm place to stay, I feel like I am home. Clean and Neat rooms, you can go on with your daily work activity with wifi being always there. To TOP of it all very accommodating staffs and friendly, they are always there to assist you. I’m specially thankful to Mr. Vijay whose always there to assist me, helping me with ola cab bookings☺️. To Mr. Pawan as well thanks much for the help!!!

Business Trip

Rooms are cozy but yes it’s perfectly located, sunshine enters your room when you are up on floors, all basic amenities are good, staffs are courteous and they help at very best.food is good, they are very much concern about the clients, happy to stay .

Visited during my brothers wedding

My friend just a waste of money.Its neither a hotel nor a homestay. The staff is least concerned about CUSTOMER concerns. Hot water problems , powr plug issues , dirty bedsheets(where hotel is trying to convince you for resuing bed sheets, through a flyer kept next to bed).Noisy ground floor bunkers , I don't even fall like calling them rooms..Dirty bedsheets , low at car parking space. A breakfast good for someone fasting and staff as good as confused , for how to treat costumer , for the worth paid.

Just the opposite of anything called boutique

The hotel is a great location & certainly a good address.
The staff here are very good & can be developed further.

Here are some suggestions.

1. Though there is no noises from the road.
a.Footsteps noise from the room above b.Dragging sound of beds c.Pigeon sounds in the afternoons & mornings.d.Noise from the student groups & the accompanying teachers, esp if they are departing early morning e.Disco sound.I think peace & quiet for other occupying guest is not respected by such profiles & informing the reception is ineffective.We must be sensitive.
Our sleep in the morning was nearly marred by such noise for two nights.

2.The view from the balcony #205 is not good.The balcony has a wooden ladder & a empty plastic mineral water bottle.This can be removed & requires attention from HK.

3.There is a gaping hole around the ceiling fan & pop has to be put to address the hole which is quite large & looks ugly.Dents the image of the hotel.

4.The hook behind the bathroom door is broken.
5.There is bad odour which comes from the pantry door.Reminds me of dead pigeons.
6.Hot water is not hot when the student grp was checking.This was twice for 2 nights.
7.The pipe under the wash basin in the bathroom came off.
8.The clock in the bfast garden could be made to work.
9.The food which come from room service could be presented a little better.
10.The room service staff are prompt.The chef is very cooperative.
11.I did not hear a single greetings/talklines from any of the staff.
12.The person at the bfast time was also very good.
13.The main gate staff were very helpful & even got the car cleaned.

The hotel has a potential to do better & can be easily done by the manager in charge.

Great Location & Overall Good Experience.

Not bad  for its star rating but not a boutique hotel by Europe standards its 2 star staff are very helpful and accommodating excellent breakfast where the waiters really look after you, it’s in a busy part of town and is noisy

Nice place in busy part of town

To start with, this is a nice hotel but it was labeled as a 3 star hotel, which I didn't find it to be. I booked it through one of the known hotel booking site and I thought I got a deal, but I was wrong. 
First, I'd asked for a double bed, and room with balcony. The room we were showed had balcony but twin bed and there was water leakage stains on the wall. Staffs were helpful and courteous to get us another room with double bed but no balcony. And I was told the room price was same. 
Breakfast was Indian style, and we could get egg and toast when asked for. Hotel seemed full of guest, but breakfast lacked variety. 
Hotel is actually a residence of some doctor turned into a hotel, situated in a very VIP area. Area is safe, but the downside is,  there's no place to eat nearby and it's hard to get transport unless you get Uber. Maybe it's a nice place for people coming on a business trip or on their own vehicle, but I wouldn't recommend it to people coming for sightseeing and shopping as it's far from the city centre.
Staffs were nice and ready to help. And for the facilities, if the hotel had not been a 3 star hotel, I'd have given it an excellent rating.

Not up to the mark

i arrive at the hotel was just like an horror film i left the lagguage for the afternoon and then i went to do some work and in the evening i change the hotel
