We had booked this hotel all of a sudden to catch a flight early in the morning due to change of schedule. The rooms were stingy and bathrooms smelled foul. This hotel does not provide remote to their AC rooms owing to the fact that the guests will change the settings of the AC. We accepted their norms and waited for a long time for the AC to cool the room but it failed to do so. When we reported this and requested for the remote, they sent for a person who just opened the cover and went away. When we complained that our issue was not resolved, the hotel owner tried to convince us to change the room as the AC technician will not be available until morning. We were very tired from our long journey to do so and asked him to sent someone atleast to reduce the temperature with the remote of that same room. He agreed to it after a lot of fuss about room change. Later that night we found it difficult to sleep due to loud noises in the hotel premises. We were a group of two families and have booked two rooms. The other family in room 202 faced an undesirable experience. At 11:45 pm on 26th October, someone sneaked into their room with a flashlight and on shouting, he fled after taking the key card of that room. The hotel rooms had godrej smartlock which doesn't open from outside without a key card. When they reported this to the hotel reception, they blamed it on some hotel guest. When they were countered how can another guest of this hotel have a key card to this room. They couldn't answer anything and later confessed that it was a fault on their part and a drunk hotel staff have done this offence. Our other family members could not sleep for the rest of the night due to the fear. In conclusion, the safety of the guests to this hotel are at high risk particularly due to the criminal mindset of the hotel staff. I will not recommend this hotel even though it is quite near to the airport or located in a marketplace. I have stayed in other hotels, maybe not in Jaipur, charging the same amount as this one and they are much better in terms of safety, hospitality and other facilities. The rooms are not cheap but their conditions are abysmal. 

Traumatising experience throughout the night

it was a great time to be there. staff was friendly. rooms arein good condition with latest amenities. good location nice breakfast. we all friends feel immense pleasure to stay there. clean and hygenic rooms.

good place to stay in jaipur

It was an good experience . It was more like a home and staff was nice. We were there for 3 night . Very good staff and hospitality. It’s a happening place even the housekeeping staff is so courteous . Room are neat, clean and well maintained Love to visit again.

Awesome stay

It was great Stay for 2 night with family . Rooms are excellent with all amenities. And thefood the cortsey extended made it a trip to remember . The staff at the hotel was excellent and very pleasing . Rooms are fully amenities. Really next visit will soon.

Great

Great and very hygenic hotel with skilled staff. Here I want to mention about restaurant that staff members are don't have the manners to talk with guests. Food is not up to the mark. We ordered something from outside die the unavailability of the required food, hence we called up to the room service and asked for the cutlery and they denied. Even denied everything on first sight and when you argue with them than they will go further. Very pathetic room service. Kanchan in house keeping is totally professional and well skilled with her work and Ganpat at the Reception helped us in every movement. Best hotel with good location.

Best Hotel in Nominal Price

We had a one night stay in this hotel . Service was poor. TV not working and they did not bother to even change the set top box or the room. AC not working properly an it took 4 hrs for the room to be even moderately cool. Leave aside cold. The property is nice as per the budget but they should work more on their customer service.

Bad service

Ok,so,this is a very average hotel located on the main Tonk Road with bustling malls and stores nearby.The hotel itself has a Nike store in the front.
Check in was easy but they only had one porter who was acting as a makeshift waiter as well.Rooms are very small,its like you enter and the room and it ends,just like when you do it for the first time,you enter and you are done;)

We had quite a few problems with our room,bathroom door wasn't working properly,actually we couldn't close the door,the ply was swollen and the latch was missing.We had problem with wifi as well,wasn't able to connect it for few hours.

Bathrooms and rooms were clean but the hotel being on the main road,it was quite noisy late night as well.

They charge for extra bedding.We were supposed to get 2 complimentary water bottles every day but it was denied at the hotel.

Good thing was,they let us heat baby milk in the kitchen,they allowed me in the kitchen to use the microwave which is appreciable.

Wanted to check emails and since wifi wasnt working,i asked them for their laptop for 2 minutes but i was denied,which i can understand but they should help guests at any condition.

The guy at the reception at night hours was quite rude,had no idea how to deal with customers in a customer centric business.

Oh By the way,if you lose the key,the magnetic card ,they charge you INR 100 for it,so make sure you keep it close to your heart!

Average!Very average!

Worst hotel ever. So I booked this hotel via OYO rooms, when i reached the hotel they denied my Check IN because of local ID which was a valid reason. But the day I booked this hotel they were accepting the local as well as outstation IDs. After that, i requested to allow me in the hotel the receptionist(guy) started behaving rudely and he said get out of my hotel and i told him that you are doing wrong. After some time i was fed up and was leaving the hotel. In last, i told him that i ll see you and i left. Thn i was waiting for my cab . After some he called his two friends for fighting purpose and so-called DADAGIRI . They came and take me back to the hotel and they were like kya kar lega tu ? nahi denge room. teri galti hai.  And i was like are you guys mad? Raat ke 2 bje dadagiri kar rahe ho. and after some arguement . I finally left with my girl. So please never ever book this hotel. Staff is like gunda.

Worst experience ever

Apart from Food, everything is bad about this hotel.
1. Small bed, not good with babies.
2. Rooms which face the main road have no noise insulation. Traffic noise whole night !!!
3. Basic amenities like kettle, tooth paste are all missing.
4. No exhaust in washrooms.
5. Staff quite ignorant and unapologetic about service troubles.

I won’t say it’s value for money because you don’t get any value out of what you spend here !

It was really nice experience to stay with rnb select resolute...enjoyed the stay ..staff was really nice polite and responsive..room service also superb and the rooms were really nice ..enjoyed the stay
