The friendly crew at Kalpana yoga feels like long distance relatives. From pre-arrival to check out, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. They were super attentive to our needs and took the initiative to customise requests for our young children's food preferences I.e. pizza for dinner and breakfast (they were so delighted) Breakfast and dinner consisted of fresh wheat roti, daily made yogurt, fruits, grilled sandwich and local dishes (dhal , cauliflower, poha) - our tummies were satisfied. Kalpana also helped arrange in room ayuverdic massages for us, we are very thankful for that as our bodies had a chance to relax after several days on the road. The 2night stay ended with a 1 to 1 yoga session - I feel really grounded and rejuvenated after the 60 mins class as Kalpana taught me the basics of yoga as a mind/body practise and the importance of breathing and taking it slowly, this is really a life lesson in itself. Thank you Kalpana, Aarush, Akshat and the crew at Kalpana Yoga homestay for making our stay this good!
