The property is located in the middle of the city and is very ideal for sales people traveling staff 
Food is excellent and so is the staff who are courteous 
It is value for money place and a budget property 

Hotel Kanchan has been in Indore forever... the food, the staff, the smell of the place makes me nostalgic... it brings back my childhood memories with my family. The food is amazing as always...the bar is well decked up. The staff is old but eager to help u with their homelike warmth. Love going to this place all the time. 

I was here from 7th Oct to 10th Oct, 2015. Booked it through OYO in probably dirt cheap tariff as compared to the Room, Amenities and Room Service I was offered. I would definitely be there whenever I may visit the City. Super Experience.

Kanchan is our age old love. Since last 20 years we are visiting this restaurant for it's delicious food. Superb Sizzlers specially chicken stick sizzler, Chinese, Indian food. Staff is also excellent and same old team to greet you and make you feel at home. For best food must visit Kanchan near Gokuldas Hospital. Its in main area and near RNT Marg.

I stayed in newly renovated Kanchan hotel. In all sense it is good value for money. Very humble and helpful staff, food quality is god and definitely not overpriced. Overall hygiene is well maintained in the hotel premise. Only advise is they should add breakfast option in their package.

Awesome Hotel Room with Superb Room Service

I was appreciating restaurant of this hotel for last 35 years. But last Sunday, whole goodwill and impression was lost with the services.. We ordered special jain meals ,and after an hour of waiting, Waiter brought the normal veg meals containing potato. When we asked for changing, he bluntly said that GM has said that this is a Non Veg restaurant and veg meals not possible and that too jain food.. we were shocked to hear this, and immediately left,for never to visit again.

Down in Service

Worst hotel in town. There is no water heater in washroom,you will receive water in a bucket from hotel. Cockroaches will welcome you in ur room. Food here is very bad, I had a stomach ack. Room service is slow and you have to tell the twice the work.
