Krishna Heritage Hotel

Ate at the restaurant for lunch after returning from menabasadi visit, on the recommendation of tour guide !. Excellent North India  food, tasty, loved the crispy nan and roti. Definitely recommend . Good well maintained lawns, it was clean. Loved the quirky  wooden furniture made out of fallen trees

I believe this is the best hotel in case you are planning to visit Badami , which is a Taluka. The room was quite spacious with nice bathroom showers . Hotel staff was responsive and ensured an comfortable stay . 

The site restaurant offered good meals .

We stayed at Krishna Heritage for three night..Its a small resort with minimum facilities..The bedrooms and bathrooms are large size with elegant fittings..There is a nice and reasonably priced restaurant within the resort.

We stayed here during our Badami travel,a few days back.
The resort is big rooms are quite big with balcony,and big spacious bathroom.
Food here was particularly good.
The resort is located some distance away from the main market area,and hence,it is quite peaceful.The badami caves are located 15 minutes away from the resort.
Apart from us,only other guests staying there were foreigners.

A memorable hotel because of the enormous rooms and bathrooms. And because of the rabits that live in the hotel grounds.
There is a restaurant with good food and a good atmosphere. They also serve beer.
Walking distance to Badami centre is a half hour. The hotel can arrange for rickshaws. Our rickshaw was driven by the same man that also serves in their restaurant.
One day we walked all the way to Badami. We walked through fields and it was really good. We took the first path to the left immediately outside the hotel gate. You’ll easily find your way to Badami centre.

There's a lot that is not in good shape about this place - but there's a lot that is also delightful.  I loved having a view of neighboring farmland.  I loved the outdoor shower (no hot water).  Virish was an amazingly helpful person who did so much to make my stay both comfortable and easy.  Were it not for him, I would have rated my experience here much lower.

I had very good food here - tandoor vegetable platter was excellent - and Manchurian Chicken (twice!) - breakfast was always just right  - good south Indian coffee, eggs, toast.  I felt well taken care of by all of the staff.

My room had problems - but coming out of the recent pandemic I can understand why.  Furniture and beddings have not been updated in a while.  I had to burn incense to make my room feel better.  I was sorry to see the swimming pool forlornly empty of water.

I also felt sorry for the owner, a man who only seemed to want to bark at his good employees, and watched me with some kind of animosity I can't understand.  At one point I was his only guest.  He never greeted or acknowledged me - not that I expected to be acknowledged - but there was nobody there but me!  I think he has married himself to unhappiness.  And this is not good for his health or his business.

Stayed for 2 night . 2 Adults and 2 kids. The resort is about 1 KM from the Badami city. It is very quite and calm. The lawns are well maintained with lots of rabbits playing in it.  I was told that this resort caters mostly to westerners and now due to corona travel restrictions, it was almost empty.  The swimming pool was non functional. The rooms and bathrooms are ultra big with big balcony and swing ! The flooring were worn out and may need some renovation. The complimentary breakfast was good. Food was also decent.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Krishna Heritage. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The compound is nicely designed and very quiet since it is a little bit outside town. The roaming rabbits add to the relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, neither the restaurant nor the swimming pool were operational (Breakfast was served, but no other meals.) .

I believe it was a pretty new property. We stayed there for couple of days. The place is slightly outside the town, but reachable to all the places. Its on the highway and easy to find. Its calm and clean place. The food options are fine and taste is good.
The hospitality is good by the staff. We had left/forgotten my kid's water bottle when we departed, after calling the hotel they shipped the bottle carefully to my residence.

Badami was first stop for our Karnataka Tour. stayed at Krishna Heritage for two nights. surrounding the hotel were farms, so much greenery. we saw beautiful sunrise from our bed-room.  large rooms and bathrooms. rooms were clean but regarding bathrooms, there were no coat hooks. where is one suppose to hang there towel? while taking a shower, the water runs out on the floor outside the shower area. they need to put shower curtains. food was good. we were asked the day before what we fancied for breakfast and dinner. that way the food was prepared freshly and not much waste. friendly service overall.
Krishna Heritage could gain a lot more, if managed better. one gentleman in particular at the reception desk, was unfriendly and unhelpful.
