Hotel in front of ST stand. Average level hotel. Clean hotel. In front of hotel one restaurant which is good for launch. Opposite side Udapi hotel which is good for breakfast. It is near to tourist attractions.

We came in to see the caves and the location is great.  The hotel staff is wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The room was equipped with all promised . We did have problems with toilet and was switched to different room.  The rooms are a bit worn and could use updating but the place , location and staff are good.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is quite old fashioned but was comfortable. The people in reception were very helpful with local information and suggestions. We had dinner - masala dosa at the restaurant in front of the hotel; it was good.

Comfy budget stay ....

We stayed for half day in this hotel as there was no dormitory or retiring room available at badami station.
Ours was non Ac deluxe room which was spacious and reasonably clean . This hotel could be used when u don’t expect much luxury and just for halting purpose 
Nearby there is an udupi restaurant which offers tasty vegetarian food 



Decent Budget hotel

Stayed there for one night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The veg Restaurant in the entrance area has good meals (Dinner and Brekky).

The rooms and the bathroom are clean but a bit worn out. I had to switch off the AC, because it was creating to much (non-healthy) noises,  In general, the place is located in a busy down-town area. For me it was OK for one night.

Important: They do not accept CC and international Debit - cards. Refill your cash, before going there.

A good value for money place

Well, as the reviews says , they definitely need to maintain the restaurant amenities which is the most important part. The rooms are spacious and clean but some rooms are not maintained properly. The flush isn't working in some rooms or broken, the water comes out of the basin, the comodes are broken in some rooms. AC aren't maintained properly , they don't have remote controls , you have to switch off through switch , you can't control the temprature. Some rooms have TV facility some rooms doesn't. 

Even if you're paying same amount for each and every room , it's on your luck to receive fully functional room.

Coming to the food , food you get here is really good. But more options in the breakfast menu can be added. Slow service is the main issue here, if you're on time you can be lucky otherwise brace yourself to wait for a long time.

Overall, if you're charging this much you can atleast maintain the rooms? It says international and it's not national worth as the rooms are not properly maintained 

Worth the money ? DOUBTFUL 

Hotel location is perfect but room service is not up to the mark and most of the rooms Air conditioner and remote is not working properly and staff is also not interested to solve  it , ground floor restaurant and desk is superb in all like services, food test,and plate quantity and specially owner is given spotenious attention

Pros:
Location which is right opposite to bus stand and accessibility to main sites.
Decent Restaurants available for breakfast and snacks in the same building and also in the opposite side. 

Cons:
Service was bad
Bathrooms was not upto mark
Hot Water was not available even though they committed it is available in the evening.
Staff was mostly clueless on service level issues.

Pathetic Quality Even for the Discounted price

We stayed for a day in this hotel.

Rooms : Big but old need maintaince.

AC : if your lucky it will work.

Water : dirty and Red in colour must be boring water.

Service : Slow but Ok

Overall experience below average for the money spent. 

Not worth the money 

I stayed  in this hotel  during Christmas time. This hotel  is located just opposite  to Bus stand.   Hotel condition is really pathetic. I booked  2 non a/c rooms. Room condition is ok. But  hotel  need renovation. Restaurant  is  very basic.
