First and foremost a TAKE A BOW for their chefs

Though a bit interior from main road of anjanadri hill this ambience will make you fell in love with it 

Forget the corporate jungle life visit them and have lip smacking food with the  booze options

A 100 on 100 restaurant to be in your itinerary in your next visit 

Beautiful nature and nearby Anjaneya Swamy temple and nearby sanapur lake. good quality rooms And nearby Hampi .and visit total mango trees in the hotel never forgot the moment of the friends. Beautiful paintings we can visit

*Excellent place*
Peaceful and pleasant location. It is in a Mango orchard. The rooms are not hi-fi, but clean and well maintained. The prices are very affordable and more than worth for money.
The centre of attraction in the Restaurant. The food was awesome and tasty. Most of the time we spent there only.
The location is very near to Tank and also Historical Hampi.
The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

We've (me and my former girlfriend) been there a couple of years ago during low season and find us today in the same room recalling the good weeks we've spend together in this magical place.
The huts were cozy and spacious but what really made the difference were the excellent meals the chef prepared and the overall vibe of this enchanting spot, made possible by the good and friendly people that run the place.

We've travelled across Karnataka, Goa and Kerala but we still remeber this as THE place we wanna come back to some day.

Ps. I find hilarious what other reviewers wrote about it being full of insects or untidy. Are you really complaning about insects in a rural area in the middle of India? Are you really travelling halfway around the world to one of the oldest settlements the are to stay in a resort-like enviroment? I'm afraid someone got India wrong. This country with its people is many wonderful things, but surely not the tidiest place on earth, better letting it go.

If you're looking for a real and raw experience you should stay here. That's the best place I've been in Karnataka. Sure it's not an hotel room, but if you look at the photos and considering staying here you're not looking for that. The owners are amazing people who made my week unforgettable. Altought I've slept in a hut, my mattress was very comfortable. I would recommend this experience to anybody.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our resort manager when we went to explore Anegundi. It is part of a spa/resort that is way off the main road. We had a tough time finding it but Google maps took us there. 
It boasts of the best fare in town and the pizza and bruschetta we had were truly good. We sat on the porch at tables. One can also be seated on cushioned divans on the floor. Youngsters seem to enjoy that.
Service was a bit slow but atleast we knew the food was being freshly cooked and served. They even serve beer. Non veg is served too. Nice variety of continental menu. Portions are good. We could only eat half the 12inch thin crust pizza and asked them to pack the rest. It serves Indian food too.
Parking is available and they have a nice garden. We enjoyed our italian lunch here.

It's quite a drive to this place from a Hospet.

Located amongst Hampi hills and in a mango grove this is must visit restaurant if you are in Hampi.

Italian, Indian, Lebanese.. they serve all these cuisine, and they do a great job.

We ordered Falafel, 🍕, butter 🐔, 🌶 Panner, Tava 🦐, 🍌 Nutella 🥞, etc. They took time to serve. However, all dishes were very well prepared and served hot. Of course generous portions. 

The staff is very courteous and patient to explain the menu dishes.

They also have 30 cottages. I could not see the cottage as they were fully booked.

There is Ample parking space in the garden.

Approach to this hotel is a bit tricky and it is not visible from road.

About 15 minutes walk from here is a beautiful swimming spot.

On weekends you can do coracle rides in Sanapur Lake - Rs. 100 per person for coracle ride. They provide life jackets. Of course you can do rock climbing too. 

Overall, a great location to visit family and friends. 

Good Peaceful stay away from the shady resorts nearby.

Overall, a bit hard to find the place,but once u get in the property, u will be in peace.
the rooms were clean and the caretaker the resort tried best to make everything convince for us.

The service proposition of Whispering Rocks comes across as a restaurant that also provides rooms. For that I found the room rate very expensive. 

Restaurant: looks appealing with floor diwan seating,  good lighting and an impressive menu with quality to match. Food was as good as any other major city restaurants.
We also noticed staff members and pet dogs sleeping on the mattress and tables in the restaurant at night..

Room:  rooms are made with thatched or tin sheets with the intent of providing an authentic forest/rual experience.  Bit the intent fails in execution when the room does not have basic amenities such as hot water, kettle, towels, blankets, bathing soap , mirror in bathroom. 
We had to request for these things and they were provided, but, the point is one should not have to request for basics when paying such a rate.

Service: the staff was very courteous willing to help. Three cheers to them.. 

Restaurant with rooms 

staying in huts, rock rooms in the middle of mango groove  and connected to secret lake is the specialty of the place. For sure, its not for every one as its a budget place and not the cleanest, those who love the nature can easily connect with it and have great experience. I personally could not get the hut , stayed in rock cave. Trek up to the secret lake in the morning to make your day. People are good and friend, food is OK.
