Horrible experience. The owner was calling it a 3-star hotel but it was nothing but a homestay in a poor condition. Fixings were coming out, no cleanliness, used water bottles were filled in and kept in the room. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. Yuckkkk!!! And the worst part, there was no backup, the electricity went out multiple times and we would experience a complete blackout, there wasn't even an inverter installed. We paid a bomb to stay in the property and it wasn't worth even a single penny. There are only two caretakers in the building who do everything from cleaning to cooking to filling diesel in the generator. The generator couldn't take the load and it was tripping after every two minutes after starting. Please don't waste money, there's no one to even pick up your luggage. An ashram stay will be 1000 times better than this horrible place. The owner's mentality is to save cost, to an extent that they are doing unethical things like filling fup used bottles, not cleaning the rooms & bathrooms at all. In that 12 hour stay, we must have called him 10 times for one thing or the other, my old parents were out through so much discmort. The food ordered was horrible, I didn't pay for it because the roties were next to burnt.

We stayed in this hotel just a day back. Have never been to a hotel with such a poor management.

The hotel charged for breakfast, but did not serve it. They charge you for extra bed, but will not provide you a blanket with it as they do not have enough of it. What an excuse
The bathrum stinks, but the staff will not clean it even after repeated requests.

The rooms toiletries are poor standard expired stuff when they are supposed to give you biotique products as per oyo standard through which the rooms are booked. 
And above all, the owner wants you to give good feedback and badmouth you to cover up for his negligence.

Pathetic hotel, inefficient management

Stayed just yesterday at the hotel for 1 night with family, booked via OYO(first time ever) and i must say it was worth the deal! It is couple of kms from har ki pauri but the distance trade off is worth ..big rooms, clean linen ..clean bathrooms ..good food and courteous staff! I would pick this hotel next time even as it comes in budget and has all one could expect at this price!

Big Spacious Rooms, Freshly Cooked Great taste home made FOOD, Great Hospitality, specially by the Manager Mr. TUSHAR. I had booked this hotel, for me and my uncle who came from USA. i was a little scared, that whether this hotel will meet an NRI expectations ! YES it DID 100% Thanks Sneh Ganga. Thanks Oyo Rooms.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I was travelling from USA & selected this hotel merely based on the online reviews. I would say there was not a single moment during my stay which could made me repent on my decision. I find everything being managed very well here with probable intent for return business. The room was very spacious and clean. Food served at their restaurant was quite delicious. Room service was also prompt. I had to check out very early in the morning, missing their breakfast time. The hotel manager went out of the way to arrange early bed tea & quick breakfast for me. I will strongly recommend this hotel.
