I entered room no 202, on 10 July 2022. As soon as my family entered the entire bathroom was flooded with water, geyser and AC does not work, also never book any vehicle to travell by consulting the manager. Also never believe in the list of places he gives in his card because out of 20-25 places the driver will only show 2-3 places.

Worst days of my life

Only the location of this propety is good as its near by Har Ki Pauri but rooms are very small and most importantly the manager of this hotel is very rude person and thinks of him as he is the owner. Donot go by the ratings of this hotel.
If you book this property using OYO then definitely you are going to face the circumstances as OYO people also dont care. I booked a room at this property via OYO for 5th Jun,19 and when I arrived at hotel the manager said your room is booked on a very low cost so I cannot let you checkin you can call to OYO and ask them that I m denying your checkin. Then I called OYO at least 15 to 20 times and they were unable to solve the problem and each time they put my call on hold saying some senior person is going to connect with you and the call is then dropped after 5 mins.

2nd instance I again booked this property for 29th Jun, 19 and when I reached hotel I asked manager that how much I need to pay and he said 999 then I asked him that on app it is showing 949 so he said that I dont know either pay 999 or leave then I again asked him pls check if there  may be any issue from ur end and why it is that everytime there is some issue with your hotel, on this he said now I dont have room for you even in 999 n if you know that there is an issue with us then why are booking my property. Go ahead and go somewhere else and I will not let you checkin, go and complain to OYO or anyone else whom you want and ask them that I m not allowing your checkin and lets see how you can checkin in this property. Post this we took a room in it neighbouring hotel and then called OYO to complain about what happened but in the same way the call again got disconnected from there end and OYO never bother to call back. Oyo is one of the worst hotel booking app and website as there after sales service is very very very pathetic.

Worst Experience 2nd time with both OYO and its registered property OYO 3033 Radiant Hotel because of this property's manager and OYO' customer car and after sales service.

We stayed only for a night in Radiant hotel and I felt that it was worth staying there in this budget, hotel staff was really polite and co operative, food was also nice, overall it was worth staying there, rooms were a little small but it was ok with this budget. Really recommend this hotel to all who want a night or 2 night stay near har ki pauri haridwar, location was also good, overall we enjoyed our stay.

we had been there for 3 days 25 to 27 july 18 but the service of hotel is very  bad service, no water glass in room inspite of 2 reminders,no towels in bathroom.no cleaning,no air ventilation ac not working properly.

The property is in a good location from the main shopping road along with restaurants. Short distance from the main Ghat too. The bed was very comfortable, hot water, and overall clean room and facilities. Nice continental breakfast was included with some options. The negative of this hotel was how strict they follow policy. I had a friend arrive on a late bus from Delhi after some travel plans fell through. At 4am the front desk was unwilling to allow my female friend to stay in the room and said she had to leave. I think it’s unsafe and unnecessary to turn away a traveler at 4 am. We had to fight for 2.5 hours to allow her to stay and I tried everything from new booking to offering more money for extra person eventually  speaking with corporate to fix things.
