Rooms were not very well kept and the bathrooms also. 
Corridors were smelly. 
Food also did not match our expectations and was mediocre. 
As it was only one night stay, it was okay. 
The staff could have been friendlier. 

It was not a very clean and well kept. 

This is a lovely hotel, with a great atmosphere. The staff truly care and do their utmost to ensure max comfort. It has a great location if your skiing as its a short ski down to the gondola. Food is excellent we had all meals included, but also had guest outside the hotel come eat with us, only 10 nzd each for 3 courses....

What to say about this hotel , old room small bed  its location is good nearby gondola ride , food was so so  , receptionist was not that welcoming and  imp is you smell the hindu and India hatetrate , as you can see a small shikara  (I am posting pics ) is kept in the showcase written , peristan on that boat ,google it you will find that the name peristan is related to Pakistan ( a famous Paristan Lake is a lake in Pakistan. It was discovered in 2018 by mountaineers exploring near Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan at 15,641 feet (4,767 meters) above sea level. It is the highest lake in Pakistan and also one of the highest lakes in the world.), and I asked the waiter at the time of dinner , is there any Kashmiri food , his answer was , we Kashmiri eat beef , can you ?. I got shoked by his answer , and one more incident  ,  and they name pok as  Azad Kashmir  .  I felt that kashmirayat is hindu and indian haterate  in heart with sweet tongue , “man main ek air zuban pe alag” ”as they are dependent on tourism . While talking to our driver about Kashmiri Pandit they say  that they ran away by fear . But as you will ask about nadimarg and Wandhama Massacre (google it ) they they can’t talk anything .  i don't recommend it if you love India . jay hind.

1.veg ppl just stay away
2.staff is co-operative but not with welcoming nature.no welcome at reception.
3.room r very small
4.we r given 206 room no just above the kitchen with full of exaust fan blow,
5.window r not sound proof,outside park car and car driver talk can disturb your sleep.


Average......stay away veg ppl

Small rooms. Pathetic housekeeping including leaking toilet. Despite requesting thrice about water flowing in bathroom, no correction done. Too many staff watch you when you take meal in buffet which is very intimidating. Staff keep demanding bachshish; even after paying, they don't attend to your request. Receptionist is a hard person though an old person at Reception is a nice man.

Old and worn out property.

Quite a basic hotel. Just average. Best part is that it's closer to gondola. 10 mins walk. 
The rooms given to us was very small with a small bathroom. Me and my family were not impressed. It also looked like a old infrastructure. Food at restaurant was above above though. 



Average

I stayed in room number 407 and it was the worst room i have stayed till date. It's a tiny room, the bathroom fittings come out while you try to take a bath and you can easily touch the sealing while you stretch. The window glass was broken as well. Seems the hotel staff is well aware of this but they still sell this room. For the hotel it's just one unsatisfied customer and it doesn't matter to them but they spoil your entire Kashmir experience. This twice before booking this place or atleast make sure you do not get room number 407.

A decent hotel but didn't impress me much

1. Rooms are decent in size particularly with 2+1 bed.
2. But somehow I feel the hotel is not maintained well.
3. The surroundings are not very clean, may look much better when there is snow everywhere.
4. Food quality can improve.
5. Very near to gandola cable car point.
6. There is good hill view from few rooms.
7. Bathroom are average.



Did not impress me much

Good hotel near to Gandola.good fod, good staff .neat and clean rooms.We were here in the second week o March 2022.There was snow all around.There are different types of rooms and rooms must be selected as per your requirement.Hotel was packed to capacity.

Comfortable stay

We two couples stayed at Khaleel Palace for two nights on 07-Mar and 08-Mar-2022. Check-in was easy and fast. Rooms were spacious. Window had look of Pine trees. Rooms were fully furnished in olden style but looked nice. Room heater and bed heater were comfortable and never felt cold at night. We took breakfast and dinner here. Food was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
