Excellent services , Nice Room  & yummy Food supportive staff specially thanks to MANAGER MR.MADHUSUDHAN for take care of my event .but there some maintenance work going on the same floor and inside the building that time some disturbance but I never mind becz every thing was excellent 👍

Attended wedding ceremony on 17th June 22 , my father told me before booking don't book this hotel becz of reviews , there is showing many negative review I don't know why people will give bad reviews of a good property,
Mr.Madhusudhan Roy he is very good person he convince my father to book the banquets and room and promise no any issues or problems create on that's dates, finally I booked and when completed my event I was shocked becz excellent service, excellent food ,take care by Management/Mr.Madhu sudhan
No complaints between my 2 Days stay and wedding function.

I have visited to Banana tree hotel there is many banquets hall I attended wedding ceremony of my sister

The pathetic hotel I ever stayed. I'm business  traveler.
This is not a hotel but Lodge. 

On 28 Mar some good hotels are sold out. Unfortunately I decided to stay here.

The rooms are not cleaned. Dirty and used  bedsheets.
Old torn towels in washroom.

Staff is arrogance for room guest.

Service was extremely  poor. The restaurant/ room service closed without any intimation at 10 PM.  Atleast last order supposed to collected by room service. Even struggle for getting water.

This hotel is not meant for corporate / business guest.

It's lodge , not hotel

The experience i had was horrible and scary and the people who follow and read my comments do not ever go in this hotel for stay purpose.i would start with the experience while entering the hotel as hotel doesn't have a secured parking and a guest who has a car will have to park in open outside the main gate.while entering the hotel i got to know that the rooms are just on 2 floors rest is i believe is a commercial building. Check-in process was quick and without any hassle but the room which was allocated was in horrible condition and was stinking, bed sheet was not even changed and had all wrinkles and blood stains on it. The corridor was stinking like 🐖. Room change was requested and person who helped us to shift was courteous and humble but the room given to us i observed a privacy breach and i am attaching pictures with this comment. The main door was literally broken and one hard push and it will come out.
Water sprinkler just above the bed was broken and had gaps in it and seems like it had a camera in it which really scared me like hell. I would request the hotel management to look into this and get these things repair as it really effects the name of the hotel and guest privacy which is most important.


Scary Experience

Banana tree is a really good hotel . 
The rooms are spacious. 
I room had a full glass view of the road and the room was on th 6th floor. The view from my room was really nice. 
Also the rooms here clean. 


Luxury stay

I would really not recommend this hotel if you wanna spend good time. Better you choose other options on highway itself. This hotel is located in industrial area and the road is not that safe. Staff is nice as it comes under 3 star category.

Friends outing

Staff is rude  arrogant ...had asked early check inn on call but when we came for check inn they asked for additional charges ...had to fight over charges 7am in the morning.when we got the room room was dirty and no basic amenities were there...

Worst hotel ever

Absolutely disgusting! Had to stay here for 2 nights and nearly walked out due to the horrible status of the room. stained sheets, stinky bathrooms, possibly used and unwashed towels, stained walls, dirty floors as if they were not cleaned for ages, and leaky fridge. If I wee not a guest of someone else, I would have sued this hotel for the bottom-most level of hygiene. 
I found that the bed sheets were torn and had hair on them. Staff were completely unaware and untrained in hospitality. Most of them lacked any kind of sense about service. Most of them appeared uneducated too. 
The hotel is located right in the middle of an industrial area and does NOT have any shops, cafe, restaurants or supermarkets in the vicinity. 
Avoid this hotel at any cost.
