Infocity Club And Resort By OYO Rooms

We went there in the month of November, we loved everything. Amenities are good..ambiance is also good. Staff is polite n helful too. Food is also good. Rooms are clean all the. Necessary things were there. Rooms are spacious too.

Great place!

Despite the genuine efforts by some of the staff to accommodate guests' needs, I would recommend against staying in this hotel as hygiene requirements are not met. During our stay there we had to insist to be given clean linen, which seemed to be out of the norm. The place is also extremely noisy, with people starting to play tennis or working out at the gym as early as 6 in the morning (probably it was even earlier on some days!), which does not allow for very quiet sleep. Especially when after midnight the place was still very noisy with people moving furniture around the 'lobby' totally careless about guests sleeping. Good thing was the gentleness of some of the staff, their willingness to improve (during our 1-week stay already improvements were made), the location and grounds and next door Mocha restaurant.

Not highly recommended

While the location of this resort is good, the entire experience of staying here is very bad. Housekeeping is almost non existent and behaviour of staff is very rude. Restaurant is also poor and the buffet needs to be better. Not recommended as there are so many better hotels in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

Bad!

We booked an Executive Suite room thru MMTP/ Oyo for 19th July and that too , 1 day in advance. We did receive a confirmed invoice and a confirmation for this room. 
On reaching the hotel at 1830 hrs, we were told that our booking is wait-listed and they can't provide us the room. The way Reception Manager Mr Dimple attended us, was very bad. Hospitality very very poor. We struggled for almost 2 hours with Hotel staff, OYO team but all in vain. Finally , we had to leave the hotel.
We feel that some arrangements were made by the hotel staff directly as the rent of the room directly was quite high.
So, take all precautions if you are doing advance booking for this resort and that too , thru OYO and MMTP

Very poor hotel reception hospitality

Had booked rooms with friends, first off all the staff Behaviour was worst no one had manners to handle the client. 
Swimming pool facilitiy only for swimming classes purpose , guests not entertained dening the use in the name of maintenance.
In the name of amenities it is zero. No aminities are in usable condition.
Went to general manager to talk and discuss the issue, guy was horrible has no manners to talk instead blaming customers.
Suggesting never to visit the place.

It would be my request to Clubs management to check what is going in with the customers.

Worst experience

Property is big, but not well maintained 
Rooms are messy
Beds are not clean
Bathrooms are not in a good condition. 
I had asked for two different beds but the whole property did not hv one.
Wiring of the appliances are  not good, appliances ae noisy.
Sofa is broken....
curtains are dusty

NO VALUE FOR MONEY

Big publicity but little to eat. Nothing in night eating. No proper sitting arrangements and poorly lit up. Not more than 3-5 people who only came first time just to check it...No good menu or any hygiene...All time waste.

The resort is a stigma on the name of hospitality. The staff(special mention senior staff) was absolutely disgusting. The management of the hotel and the staff behaviour diminishes the value of the otherwise good place. So it's a special mention it is a worst place I 've ever visited.
