Very good hotel nice room service..  good price nice location  nearest gold souk  emc..  affordable price very good roomspacios interior  also good    nex time i stay  same hotel i like it... mmmmmmmm. Mmmmmmmmm... mmmm.

Stayed for a day here.

Very friendly staff! Very clean room and toilet. Sleep quality was good! Ambiance is good too!

There appears to be a lot of scope to improve satisfaction on the food level!

1) Breakfast starts only at 8.00 am and only person serves, so if you are in a hurry you had it or you don't have breakfast here.

2) Choice for breakfast is attrociously low for vegetarians or even otherwise. The day I stayed, I was offered only 3 slices of bread, or chapatis (in south India, for breakfast, really) or bread and omelette. Omelette was surely generous in size. And that's it! 

3) Though the breakfast was supposed to start by 8.00 am the attendant entered the room only at about 8.15 am and we could finally complete our breakfast only at about 9.00 am by which time we were delayed for our work!

If only the hotel can improve on this aspect, it would be wonderful to stay at this facility!

If you are looking for budget-friendly stay with superb amenities, Malabar illam is a good option. I got to stay in this hotel when the place we arranged for stay was full and they arranged a room in Malabar illam. Nothing to say more, the place was reasonable and it was one of the best affordable hotels we stayed in Kochi

Good hotel illam

We stayed(2 adults nd 2 kids) there for 2 nights. Room s clean. But their service nd complementary breakfast are below average. Only very few Malayalam channels were available in cable TV. They brought the breakfast to room saying no restaurant s there to sit and eat with family. We had our breakfast in a nearby restaurant. Strictly not for families with kids.

Best place for overnight stay that too in a small budget( i booked through oyo)clean rooms .bar attached facility.restaurent is functional and serves good food.breakfast was limited(can improve)
Plz note: outside food not allowed.i stongly suggest u to change this policy plz.

Good for solo traveller overnight stay

Oyo has to give more attention to their properties. Wash rooms are not properly maintained and not clean enough .During 2 night stay no housekeeping people came to clean even after my requests. Breakfast also very poor and not sufficient .Location and front door staff are very good.
