This hotel is very near to Dindigul railway station and just 2 kms to Dindigul bus stand, this hotel has good restaurant, it has very good bar in basement and new bar in 3rd floor. Here complimentary breakfast is good and room service is also good.

Good hotel

The first thing that strikes you upon reaching this place is the foul smell. The open drainage is causing this and there’s no way to keep away from this except that you’ll have to run away into the hotel as soon as you reach the place. 

The rooms look decent, but the bathroom is a stark opposite. Unbelievably dirty towels and a poorly architected bathroom are the biggest cons. Wash basin is outside the bathroom which can be ok or not ok depending on people’s preference. 

In my opinion, it’s best to pay a little higher and go for other hotels.

Stayed there with my wife and in-laws while attending a close friend's wedding in Dindigul 

Pros: 
1. Looks like it WAS a decent hotel but no longer. Got motion-sensor main entrance doors, restaurant, bar, central ac, wheel chair ramp but restaurant is largely dysfunctional (bar works but is underground and has strange odors), central ac remote buttons all worn out an have to be pressed real hard 
2. Walkable distance from the Railway station. (200 M approx) 
3. Friendly staff 

Cons: 
1. Dirty ... unimaginably dirty in parts. Food trays looked like they had not been washed, cups were cracked and DIRTY, stinking cupboards, Fungus growing at the bottom of the bathroom door (pic uploaded) 
2. Poor maintenance. TV had a big patch on it, temperature adjustment didn't work in the ac in my in-laws room, hand shower was broken (pic uploaded) 
3. This place is right in the middle of a slum. You cannot open the curtains forget about opening the Windows. People were peeping into the bathroom when I was showering. I am male and give four hoots but really!! 
4. Weird layout. I know this is South India but still. Wash basin was OUTSIDE the bathroom, bathroom had no exhaust - only one giant window with aforementioned peeping toms!, no hot water etc. 

In short, there are better places in Dindigul. AVOID

Bad Hotel ... Avoid

Had booked 2 rooms at the property for 4 people. On arrival they said they had only one room and had forgotten to inform. It was a peak season and we had no other option to change to. Had to face such hardships due the Un professional management.

the hotel is slowly turning into very bad shape slowly contrast to when i stayed few years back. the sheets were dirty and the bathroom is not that clean and towels were so dirty and they charge extraordinary for the mininum facilities they are providing

The hotel has a very bad restaurant, as mentioned no buffet compliment breakfast was offered. The rooms smell like they haven't been cleaned in months, unwashed bedsheets and towels were given. When asked no response, and too much tariff for worthless hotel.
