Very good and perfect location to enjoy the atmosphere and very much of facilities is there for utility its very large and cleaned rooms and also very good service in this hotel i have great experience in this hotel

This time the experience here was terrible, the hotel's name changed from Hotel Cyber Nest to Hotel NRS Royal a year ago as they say, and i had to pay for the room again at the reception. We were very tired from our journey and the hotel manager did not budge from the fact that the accommodation was already paid for and insisted we reach out to Clear Trip and settle our dispute with them instead.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights which was a horrible experience...starting with the location is not safe for family as though the hotel is nearby main road the other side is completely isolated with lots of drunkards moving around...the staff of the hotel are the worst part during my entire stay they never respond to anything be it a complaint or request..no proper management security guard is used as all rounder be it room service room complaints etc . coming to the ambience and rooms its completely other side of the pics they show u on the website its completely fake ..the hotel is only for freak out guys to drink n enjoy BIG NO TO FAMILIES AND GIRLS...the staff and management are completely irresponsible and careless with the customers, the only answer u get from them if u give any complaint is we dont know sir we are new here !! what a kind answer isnt it?? i had to change the 4 rooms as in one room there are LIZARDS crawling on the bed, walls and cupboards and telephone was not working so i changed to another room where the AC is not working again changed to another room where the TV is not working and finally i had to change to another room expecting to be better but to my bad time there water is not coming in the bathroom ..getting frustated with all these i called up to the cleartrip support and they tried to call up the hotel people bt they too had the worst response...the food service is too slow though the food tastes good. BIG NO THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY..if u still take this as a story then go n experience it..
Big drawbacks of this hotel:
1. Untidy rooms 
2. Lizards and ants everywhere
3. no proper AC 
4. Reckless answers to customers
5. Water scarcity 
6. Worst management 
7. None of the rooms are with complete facilities

ITS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL ITS A 1 STAR ONLY ...OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE !!!!

Worst experience i ever had

I stayed there between 6-8 March 2014. 

At the time of arrival @ 9.30 PM my room was not there even my check in time was 12:00 PM. After 1 hour they allocated me deluxe room instead of executive room without inform me.
when I enter in room and looking inside around the room, I come to know it can't be executive room. Than I complaint about this matter at reception, they
transferred me to executive room. Executive room was recently painted, was smelling, no proper A/c working, too much insects & mosquitoes, no paste control, 
no room freshener, the room service was always provided late, food quality was not up to the mark. It was not like 3 star property what the legally 03 star properties does have 
everywhere. The hotel manager was not ready to talk with me.

Unsatisfied expereince.

Pathetic

I had visited this hotel a year ago 
It isn't worth spending time in Madhapur. 
There are many other hotels which are good in Madhapur 
The ambience over here is good but taste of the food is not great .
