OYO 6648 Hotel Royal Residency

Good Service. Staff are well mannered. Clean and spacious rooms. One thing to mention they should change the handle lock 🔐 it's absolutely out of order. Floor Matt are not there. Please keep food service after covid situation.
That's all. Thank u for hospitality.

Stayed for a night with family. It was spacious deluxe room. We checked in early with some extra charges as we reached early by 7am. Staff was helpful and courteous. We did not stay long but it was pleasant the time we stayed.

Rooms and toilet were big. But very poor lighting in toilet. No light anywhere near mirror, couldn't have a shave through the stay. Breakfast (included in package) was pathetic. Toaster burnt, so they give untoasted bread, and cold idlis (not warm even at the start) Not enough spread. Only tea, no coffee.

Fabhotel Royal Residency II, Hyderabad

Me and my family stayed in room number 307 and 303.actually the room was not ready for check in.we stayed there for two nights.the first day when we came after our dinner, room was full of small cocoaroches. I informed the reception, one guy came with HIT and he sprayed.so all the cocoaroches which was hiding also came out.2 night was horrible.

Poor cleanliness

We booked 2 family rooms in this hotel on a family trip to Hyderabad.

Except the location of the hotel, nothing was good about it. The rooms were shabby, no cleaning. Bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom door was jammed and no regular water supply.

We booked hotel rooms with breakfast and they simply deny us breakfast and demanded extra money for breakfast. The call center service of the hotel no supportive at all and very rude.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible service

The pics shown online are COMPLETELY different from the original ones. Ac not working, bathroom doors rotten, cockroaches in the room, commode lid broken, drainage not working in basin, uncomfortable bed. No service provided by anyone except Antony.. No phone in one room 305, fan regulator broken.. There is not one thing I can write here about, which was upto mark.. Horribly disappointed.. Never repeating any stay in any fabhotel ever again

Horrible service

Visited Hotel Royal Residency 2 Hyderabad where maintainence was the worst till now i have experienced.
Small cockroaches moves in the SUIT room.Intercom was not working.Hotel even did not have staff for providing service to the customers.AC not working and had to fight for room change where also service was not provided at time.Drinking water had to be requested every evening at reception.After check out we had to carry our luggage to reception from 4th floor.
Big question to FAB MANAGEMENT whether any surprise review by personal visits being done in this type of hotels as i had booked through FAB and the first experience is NEGATIVE.
My faith was shattered and worst service is experienced and i should get refund for such bad experience.

HYDERABAD VISIT

I’m very angry and annoyed writing this review. To say the least this was my worst experience ever. I was not expecting wonderful services and facilities considering the it’s the budget hotel. The bathrooms were not clean,bedsheets were not changed while check in. There were many cockroaches and bedbugs in the room. One has to call 10 times to order anything. The bathroom shower was not working. The food quality that was ordered from the room was not good. The interior design was average. 
Please improve your services. It was not a good stay.

Worst Hotel

We stayed as family for 2 nights. The place is all worn out, no maintenance. We were given room with broken bath tub and no seat on toilet. Cockroaches have welcomed us in the room. The bed sheets were stained and stinky. The extra bed given for 3rd person was broken n had to be careful when sleeping on it. The staff were equally unapproachable and non cooperative to any of our requests and wanted to charge us extra for keeping our bags in hotel after check out for 1 hour extra. 
There's no option of zero rating. Else that's my rating for this place

Terrible place. Horrible service

Horrible experience Fab Hotel Royal Residency please remove it from your list
1) bed torn bed sheets torn with be bugs
2) bathroom door with broken latch
3) breakfast fast timing is from 8 to 10, two of us had early flight but nothing avilable by 8:10 we had to go without breakfast.
I and my wife went late by 9:20 breakfast over not even tea available we went to our room
Later on speaking Mr I.Ravi he was courtious and said he will arrange for it in room but again for two people half dosa and 3 idli was send No tea or coffee again we did not have it.
4) the toiletries were given only on request and the towels we're so much stinking it appears as though they were used ones or not washed
5) room and bathroom with coacroaches

Please improve your standards do not tie up with these guys Fab hotels
So I wouldn't even keep my enemy in Royal Residency.
6) last year I had stayed in Treeboo Arastu near Nilufer Cancer hospital just Rs200 more than your price.But experience was wonderful
7) If we ask any one for help in Fab Royal Residency they deny and ask to call Fab people.
8) Being on road side it is full of noise day and night.
8) Just seeing slightly cheap don't fall trap
