Room in which we stayed was double bedroom with kitech and balcony and one bathroom and with breakfast for next day all things were good and great A.c and t.v in both the rooms  bathroom was little bit cozy but it is manageable not an issue and food from the restaurant was really awesome we ordered paneer tikka starter and manchurian dry both were delicious and dal fry and heera rice were also tasty...

Awesome and peaceful location

Pros:
• Close to Wedding Venues like Hardy's Villa Resort
• Spacious and Clean Rooms
• Food Quality and Quantity is very good and reasonable
• Staff is polite
• Fast working WiFi
• Rooms have a additional Kitchen space along the Balcony

Cons:
• Renting the space as Homestay with a operating kitchen would had made more sense as the kitchen space is lying useless and getting rusty.
• Washroom is small in size and require more cleaning as on can spot specs of dirt here and there. Rust is everywhere I think.
• Mosquitoes are a menace. You cannot sit it the verandah and relax post sundown. Isolated location with Grazing ground behind is the reason.
• The locality is still developing and it's had to get any transport here without the help of the hotel.
• Late Check out is not an option here. More than half an hour attracts a full day Stay amount.

Isolated Location

It's so frustrating to know the everything here shuts down by 11 and opens only after 
11 am. Regarding the hotel, though the service is good they charge humongous amounts of service tax not as GST but VAT when we confronted about this to them, they threatened us to remove us from the hotel. such a terrible experience it was.

Everything in this town functions from 11am to 11pm only

Stay was amazing but they charge 10 % on every order which we ask them to bring it to the room.
And in drinks their is no GST but to recover it they mention VAT in the bill i.e. extra 20% on the liquor amount.

Room service.

Decent hotel, nice rooms, allows pets, breakfast is good, no electricity back up and not many amenities. Need your own car to reach the hotel hard to locate if you do not know the area. The staff is very nice.

Decent hotel 

This hotel is not in the main market. Its good to stay here if u have your own car for traveling. Else it becomes difficult to commute. Its a newly constructed-place. Maintenance is an issue here. Breakfast is good and fresh. Food quality is good. Overall average place to stay. 


Ok hotel 

We were a group of 4 and we booked this place only because one of us wanted a discounted place.

This property is actually named Hotel Shri Ambica. It is no longer under OYO but is available for booking from other online booking portals.

Location - Its inside a small lane on Bhimpore Road. One will easily miss this lane if not for Google Maps. The area leads to some industrial hub so blue collar workers use this small lane for commuting to their work place. It is surrounded by poorly maintained houses. 

Ambience/Decor - The building was probably made for residential flats and hurriedly transformed into a hotel. Do not be fooled by the wide angle photos posted on their profile. Rooms are extremely congested and dirty. The main door opens into a bedroom followed by narrow passage with a tiny bathroom. The bathroom fittings are rusty and oxidised. The commode is so placed that if its cover is open the bathroom door will not shut. Flush is operated by a tap instead of tank. The hot water geyser is of very low capacity and won't even fill a quarter of a bucket. The windows are all covered in black film because the property owners have accepted that there is nothing good to look at outside.

Service - Glasses in the room were not washed. There was no request made to clean the room during our 2 night stay. We had cancelled our original booking (which had complimentary breakfast) as the owner promised us further discount but when the discount was applied it was not made clear that the breakfast option would be removed. We were informed about this only by their restaurant waiter the next morning.

Food - How can Chicken 65 and Chicken Crispy look and taste the same? Risk a lunch / dinner at the restaurant in this place to find out ! How can you serve stale "Poha" to guests who are paying for breakfast? Come and find out at your peril here. For such pathetic preparations they have a overpriced menu.

Additional Note - Has anyone heard of a hotel charging for keeping a ice-bucket in your room? No? This place does that and generates GST bill applying tax for this "service" which is otherwise complimentary in many properties.

Final Recommendation - 
This property deserves to be unlisted from all online portals. They are blatantly fleecing customers.
DO NOT book them and instead spend some extra cash for better options in the immediate vicinity (just 10-15 mins away)
