Excellent property, the entire staff of the hotel is very pleasant , well maintained rooms, excellent service, and housekeeping was top notch, food was really good. We really enjoyed our stay, Overall wonderful experience, value for money.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. Well maintained rooms,very courteous staff especially Mr Bhuri. Buffet dinner and breakfast also sumptuous and tasty. Room service also very good. They have a car parking too

24 hr hot water is best point.

Visited this place with my wife. Very comfortable stay with very courteous staff. Good rooms with balcony. Have to be careful with monkeys  Bathroom also nice. Buffet breakfast and dinner simple but very tasty

One of the best hotel in Dalhousie, Hotel structure was fabulous..All the service was so good. Super staff with decent food, Special thanks to Mr. Madan Sharam for nice Hospitality, location of Hotel was superb.. very close to main subash chowk. from the balcony of room "what a view" overall enjoyed a lot. Our stay was a good one. The reception staff were more or less okay, but the other members of the staff were very helpful. The intercom did not work, they tried their best but could not fix it. Our room was next to the reception so we did not face any difficulty, otherwise it would have been a problem. The room itself was clean. There was a smell, but they fixed it. We requested a room on the upper floors, but they were fully booked, they offered us one the next day, but we were quite settled so we did not want it anymore. The food here was good and they gave us room service whenever we wanted. In fact, they offered us food a-la-carte even when a buffet was available. It was a good experience. The only problem I can think of is that it is a bit far from the main market and it does not give you a view of the mighty Pir Panjal range for which you are visiting Dalhousie in the first place! But as a stay it was a good one.

Total third class hotel, room service is good for nothing...worst service..even rooms doesn't have basic things in it.

I had seen Google reviews were too bad still I selected this because agent told this is renovated but definitely after renovation I believe there is no change bcz renovation changes walls not service...too bad... never go for this.

And one more thing, Manager says keep the balcony door close otherwise monkeys will come inside.... really man...is this your management...

Overall don't even think of this...never.....
