17 reviewsWe spent a weekend in Chikmagalur and stayed at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. It is centrally located in the main market area of the town. Finding it is not a problem! The rooms were very comfortable and cosy, especially for the price. The property is well maintained too. Staff is very courteous and helpful and will also arrange cabs for day trips to the Mulayanagiri region (highly recommended to go by cab to this region, especially during monsoons, you don't want to get stuck in your own vehicle). They don't run their own dedicated kitchen, but for complimentary breakfast, they give food coupons for the adjacent Vishnu Delicacy Hotel, which serves pretty good food. Parking is available on the premises, but if more than 3 cars come, you need to park outside on the main road, under CCTV surveillance. All in all, a good stay for the price, recommended if you're looking for a hotel (not homestay) in Chikmagalur.
