It is very good hotel. View is just amazing . Price is somewhat high but for this cost it is best hotel. I will prefer this hotel with family. Kitchen also available.located near spice garden.transport facility also very good near to it.

It seems they had some management change and therefore people seemed a bit confused about things.
The room given was not clean, bedsheets were dirty (were changed on asking), fridge was switched off and smelled bad, broken cupboard, no drinking water in the room (was provided on asking).The bed was very hard and gave a back ache. Tv didn’t work and nobody fixed it even after asking.

No maintenance of facilities

It is 2-star hotel. Rooms are spacious like 3 or 4-star hotel. AC rooms include bedroom and hall with sofa, dining table, queen size bed, and a single tv in hall. Kitchen is also there so good for extended stay. Breakfast is complementary but not buffet and limited option. Quality of food was poor.

Budget Hotel in Marthalli

no proper food in that hotel, no good services provided, no response for the food is not good..
      no proper room services.. the dosa we had in morning is too bad. have mentioned the complaint also but not that good response.

      
      
      

No good service

The only advantage of the hotel was the location of the hotel. We staying in a room which was a bedroom from a 2BHK. The A/C was not working. When we expressed our concern to the manager, he took 10 minutes to come and began cleaning the A/C filters in our presence. There was no hot water. The room was dirty with no clean towels. The phone provided in the room was dead. We called the reception from our phone several times through the mobile number he had provided, but the service was horrible. There were oil stains on the bed sheets and bed spreads. When we demanded to have them changed, the staff refused. The attitude of the staff was very rude and lazy. They allowed us to shift to another room after repeated deliberate requests. The new room however, had used towels hung. The room was also like a bedroom from a 2BHK on the first floor. No water was provided. The WiFi was not working. There were blood stains on the bed sheet and even on showing the staff member, he refused to change it. The A/C was also not working well and there was hardly any ventilation in the room. 
The receptionist was very unprofessional and unethical. I really hope no one goes to this hotel because of the unruly behaviour and attitude of the staff members and the absolute lack of hygiene in the rooms provided.
