Amazing stay here

Booked the room through oyo got a great deal of 599/- all inclusive with breakfast.

Location is just behind VRL Bus stand in Gandhi nagar so surely it gets a lil noisy for silencer seekers in night time.

Basic size rooms.

Comfortable Mattress 

Hotel even though seems quite a recently constructed property with elevator facility but rooms do need maintenance which I felt was lacking in the rooms and foyer outside rooms.

For the Deal I got satisfied.

Will repeat based on the same deal or even lower.

Otherwise better property in vicinity 



Tucked away in a corner!!

I have been to this hotel several times during last 3 years, however found that the hotel management is more depending on the staff who even does not Hindi or English....

They lack basic courtesy....every time you find new staff managing the front office which proves the management is poor...

Even this time found water bottle & a unsealed sprit bottle missing...no action taken against the boys who cleaned the room.

It's shameful that they even do not understand any language other than the local language...I doesn't look to be in a Metro city.. 

Pls be careful next time

We were travelling with a group of school students (all girls) and selected this budget hotel after we went there and saw the rooms a month in advance. We SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED that we would not be taking the dorm in the ground floor which is right beside the garage and the rooms in the terrace which is a place to do laundry for the hotel's housekeeping. All these while we had been communicating with Ms Latha at the front desk.

On the day we arrived after a 48 hrs train journey, there was a manager or may be the owner who do not have any mannerism and is an absolutely ridiculous human being. We were literally forced to take the dorm at the ground floor (According to the manager, the travelers are students and they can adjust) - (OO Really..I believe you are not allowing them to stay for free because they are students). Upon repeated insisting and argument, they replaced that room with the 3 rooms in the terrace which again we discarded at the very beginning - They didn't have any other rooms vacant. All these while Ms Latha kept mum at the reception and understandably is petrified to talk against such a boss. When we told that we have paid 50% in advance and don't deserve this kin don't treatment, we were told that you paid a paltry amount and rooms are more expensive-----Why did you agree to the booking in that case if you felt that the amount was not suiting the hotel tariff? They do not have a restaurant or a dining space and while we were booking, we had a mutual agreement that the garage area will be vacated, cleaned up and set up with table-chair so that the group can have their dinner together (off course we agreed to pay separately for the logistics here). However since we were adamant at not taking the dorm beside the garage, they did not give us the garage space as well which was agreed upon.

Overall the most harrowing experience I even had with any hotels throughout India and felt totally unsafe with a group of 45 students staying in this hotel. If only we were not in a hurricane tour and had some time in our hand, we would have surely lodged a Police Complain in the local PS - Such was the extent of ill-treatment that we received from the hotel.

Utterly Illiterate and uneducated Management

starting wid location.. its located somewhere in corner behind vrl bus stand n u can hear all the noises from the buses once u r checked inn... once u have located the hotel the TARIFF for the room is cheap booked through oyo but comes with lot of the compromises...like the rooms are indeed clean with all filthy n torn bed sheets with yellow patches on it.. the hotel doesnt have its own restaurant which shall make u run all nearby places in search of good food.. the free breakfast doesnt give u choice n offers only DOSA IDLI VADA every morning... there is no provision for hot water also.. the room service might help u out in case u r lucky.. plus the drinking water also has a peculiar smell.. all these would have been covered up but the staffs attitude is surely tht would piss u off bigg time .. the reception guy might charge u extra even u have bookings from oyo or other sources giving a reason of price hike.. so be aware.. A BIGG NOOOOOOO for the hotel instead try looking for other options near majestic in the same range.. as one must not compromise personal hygiene n self respect over money.
