Grand Inn

As the name itself having grand so the same way everything was grand success such as first time stay with hubby to the ceremony and we even found so much for a perfect stay over there and therefore I loved it

Room are neat and clean and very spacious. Location wise it's little bit difecult to search for outsiders. This hotel has a restaurant which serves north indian food also. Overall this hotel is pocket friendly.

I stayed in this hotel second time but this time i stayed for 5 days at a stretch. Friendly staff and good restaurant.

The hotel location is good and close to Majestic. In case you are using metro it is closer to Central college stop also. You can walk if you do not have any luggage and you are good at using Google maps

By staying for 5 days I found following negatives .

They do not make up the room unlesss you ask

You get bored with breakfast as they serve only 2 South Indian items and the
they change only one item and other item is  standard idly.

When I went to check out early morning people were sleeping on the floor infront of the door. Receptionist was in deep sleep who forgot to give me wakeup call.Early morning it gave me  feeling of cheap hotel  Management should stop this practice and ask their employees to sleep some other place.

Good hotel but lot of scope for imporvement

Best hotel near Bangalore railway station

Initial impression was good. As we entered the room, it was filled with some kind of annoying odor. Blankets were smelly. Towels needed to be bleached. Interior and lobbies are well designed but maintained very poorly. Breakfast was okay. We were here for single night so cant comment on room service. Only positive point is its near to railway station and bus depot.

Disappointing

Well not disappointed at all especially liked there staffing and services but could have comparatively better one but further was so relaxing and joyful stay as I found over there and good kid zone spacing

Very good hotel . It is near to mejestic and helpful location. Room was nice and also nice food . Totally it was nice experience to stay here still have to improve somethings. I booked it previously and I got free breakfast morning

Rooms are spacious, breakfast also nice. but there is lack of cleanliness. towels, bed liners, pillow were dirty. bathroom has less ventilation.  everything is nice about this hotel except for cleanliness
