verything was above our expectations. The staff were par excellent. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our deluxe room was extremely comfortable. And hotel is centrally located. I’m unable to pick a single fault

Not all that great place, service is also not upto the mark, complimentary BF is limited and not good. Last trip I had a horrible experience too, I stayed there thrice, twice was OK, but with last trip experience I said NO to this place for ever.

Not a great pace....

They didn't keep a room for me inspite of informing them in advance about reaching late.
I had to call FAB customer care to get a room
They had rooms which they kept for someone who hasn't reached...

Bad experience

Worst Hotel i have ever seen. Fab group cheats with people. I made booking for 3 nights (June 10 to June 13), however looking at room conditions , hotel conditions and staff and their services, cancel the hotel same day. A.C was not working, rooms was not as shown internet. very small room.  Crockery in the common kitchen are not cleaned. Towel provided only on request. that too very dirty and torn. Bathroom was not cleaned. Not at all for family. its look like this hotel is only for unmarried couples and value for their money.  

out of three nights, i was told that if i cancel than i will get refund for one night only. For  night refund also i am waiting till today. Called their customer care 3-4 times. every time they some system error and i will get refund with in 6 working days. However, till today its been more than a month. Refund not received.

Stay in Fab Grand Joe, Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Really bad place to stay at. Had bed bugs. Had to change the room in the middle of the night and other rooms they showed me were also bad. One had a broken wash-basin and the other no warm water. Air conditioning in my colleagues' room stopped working in the middle of the night
