Clean comfortable room with good air conditioning and hot water . .The breakfast was good The location of the hotel is good and stay is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean.Overall decent,but given the hospitality for the price I am not going... .Mr.sam  helped us lot .

“Pleasent and comfortable stay”

Went for a business purpose, the company booked the stay. No room cleaning service for three days, A/C just fell down in the first day, but they somehow made it work later, spacious rooms but not at all clean and neat. Staff seemed a bit confused about everything, but overall were helpful. Food is pricey given the quantity, but quality was good enough.

im still in staying in hotel peninsula by online booking, there is no current and services in hotel,im swelling , very hot here,no air conditioning. 

The hotel was good ! , now they dont have back up electric system,i lost my monies for today day

in the hotel, room size is good. and everything all was well managed. Amenities could have been better clean. at some time washroom makes uncomfortable. the location is almost near the city for reaching easily everywhere.

Overall value for budget hotel

The rooms are very poorly maintained, had a damp smell.
Linen was not appealing at all. 

Service was not upto the mark. It took about 1hr to send a extra bed after it was requested. The room phone did not work. Lift and the corridors were dirty and very poorly maintained.
