i have stayed for 2 nights with my family, it was good experience friendly Staff, good complimentary Breakfast clean rooms very safe, location is in t nagar good for shopping  over all Very Good Experience in chennai .

But the rooms are cramped, no space to move around
Breakfast was the biggest letdown, 
just idli, upma & toast, how can you call these 3 items as complimentary breakfast, 
they said that restaurant is undergoing renovation, hence the limited items

I stayed in the premium room on fourth floor. Good Hotel with a very clean room. service & Staff are good but Bath room toiletries like towels all are having stain marks even i asked to change the towels but most of the towels having stain marks.  Breakfast is Ordinary & Dinner have choice. Wifi is poor.

Best in budget hotel

Lenin are dirty, bathroom is in worst Condition, broken bucket and jug. Water heater is not washed for months (smells very bad), for record the room boy is not helpful and says water heater will be like that only... Then why I am paying 2000rs per day?.. Food is fine but very limited option... And "THERE IS NO FAN IN THE ROOM". Not everyone sleeps without fan.. And lift is bizarre in this hotel, you have walk up or down i.e lift is in middle of stairs... And last point is mattress is not soft /comfortable, it's rock hard!... "Dont waste your money here ".

Bad experience in a 3 star hotel

The hotel's location is good..there is a good restaurant and other fooding options in the same lane ...the rooms were just sufficient ..but the bathroom,cleanliness and service was good ...the staff was courteous & helpful

Good Experience

I had stayed in this hotel in July 2010, it had just opened, it was impeccable. I returned in July 2012 and it is still very well maintained, amazing for India! A very good hotel, very clean, at an affordable price for Chennai (2000 rps the studio room). The rooms are certainly not very large but quiet because they are very well insulated. The air conditioning is recent and not loud. The restaurant on the roof has been refurbished, it offers a variety. The breakfast included in the price is correct, Indian and continental. Professional staff, rather pleasant. The hotel is located in T. UnaNagar, not very far from the airport. Good address.

very good hotel

Room beyond all expectations.Everything is perfect:bathroom,TV,WC,air conditioning (not used much) and great cleaning.Reception staff always available and courteous.One new breakfast with Indian cuisine and a bit scarce.As an Anglo-Saxon I am not used to eating substantially in the morning,this has not been a problem for me.I would not hesitate to return.

Hotel above its class

Spending a couple of nights at this hotel, I would describe it as normal, acceptable. The room was modern but somewhat small and generally everything was clean, perhaps the part where the restaurant was for breakfast on the ground floor was the one that needed the most renovation. The hotel staff was efficient, somewhat slow in some respects, as it took me quite a while to register and get in, but generally they were efficient. The breakfast was simple, apart from the fact that when I stayed the restaurant they had on the roof was closed, not if it was for that reason but it was possible to dine in the room without extra charges.

 Normal accommodation

We stayed in Malles Manotaa twice and enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the calm surroundings and the geographical situation. Breakfast was anything but the Indian dishes in the restaurant were excellent.

Very good hotel.

We are a couple who made a 100-day trip to India and stayed in 50 hotels from January to April 2010. Hotel for business people or Indian tourists. Small, very clean rooms. Internet access in the room with network cable at INR 150 per day. Lunch more than summarized with Indian food only.
