This is my first Stay this hotel.Good budget hotel for business trip.Room is very comfortable.

Staffing relationship very friendly.Great thanks Mr.Gopi front office wonderful service and good human being.

Wonderful Stay 

I liked my stay at the hotel Nachiappa. Here it is very peaceful atmosphere. No loud noises. The double bed ac room is best bid. Bathroom is very neat and clean. Specially Mr. Dinesh in the front desk is very helpful, polite and friendly.  My overall experience is very good.

Room is very clean & staffs are very helpful.

I stayed with my family for three days in this hotel with my full family. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and tidy friendly staff and service. It was like a home away from our home. I strongly recommend this hotel for family to stay here Our kids enjoyed shopping in T Nagar area which is just few yards to walk. It was really a memorable experience and we would like stay here only in our next visit also. Special appreciation to staff for their friendly reception.

A very good place to stay in heart of Chennai with all comforts

I asked for a room to be reserved just three hours before we landed in Chennai, due to last minute schedule change.  Dinesh who confirmed the room had made arrangements for our smooth check-in at 2 am despite being quite late at night.  The stay was comfortable; value for money and excellent location.  Our local transport arrangements were well organized, again by Dinesh and his colleagues provided good service and attended to all our requirements during stay.  Our compliments to the entire team at Nachiappa Park.

The hotel is located in prime location of T Nagar. The hotel has big spacious rooms very neat and clean. The staff is very courteous and Manager is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has 24 hrs hot and cold water. Opposite hotel there is temple of lord Vishnu and lord Shiva. Hotel Sarvana Bhawan is bang opposite the hotel. Highly recommended. Whenever in Chennai I will definitely go for hotel Nachiappa park. Good luck.

Superb Hotel

We stayed at Nacchiappa Park Hotel from 08 November to 20 November. We booked 4 rooms. It is a very nice hotel, value for money. Nice Service. Special thanks to Jimmy, the porter.

All was very good until we started to unpack our bags upon arrival at home. We found that many things were missing in the bags. (Sarees and Kurtis). BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFFS.

On the day of our departure, we even found a handbag that we bought on the housekeeping's trolley. When we asked the valet boys what our bag is doing here, they told us that its their supervisor who put it on the trolley, The only big mistake that we did is that  we did not report it. Our our great surprise, when unpacking many things were missing in our bags.

Its very sad because it is a very nice hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

I hope that the management will take actions.

Be Careful

Stayed 12days there in a quad room.The Team was very friendly and nice. They gave appropriate service and gave extra service for free. Room was cleaned everyday.A nice hotel served with an amazing team.

Nice Service

This was the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had. 
1) The room was not clean and there were no amenities present.
2) You have to call 10 times even to get water.
3) You have to eat outside, they will not provide food. 
4) Even if they provide food, they ask for money then and there (saying they have to get food from outside. I told them to buy the same and add it later in my bill, to which the receptionist replied in a very rude manner, and I had to go outside myself and eat).
5) The corridors are so smelly and dirty that you will most likely fall ill if you stay for more than 1 day.
6) The staff is extremely rude, uncouth and unprofessional. You will feel unwelcome at the least and offended at the most even if you talk to them for 1 minute.
7) They did not give me the bill (while they made me pay the full amount at the time of check-in). When I asked for it, they told me that I will receive the bill when I check-out. When I did check-out, they told me that they will email within 1 hour. I had to leave to catch a flight, so could not wait and argue. Then the saga began. I had to call them 107 times, and listen to excuses, farce, abuse and face absolutely disrespectful behaviour every time I called. 
8) I could go on and write a book on how pathetic the hotel and staff is, and many other inconveniences I faced during the stay. But I think this is enough to convince you people not to even pass by that lane.

The worst hotel in the country. Trust me.

Layers of dirt, unbearable stench, gloomy rude mannerless staff - Who expects these things from a hotel?
If you ever visit Chennai and have no option but stay at this hotel, I'd suggest you better sleep on the footpath. That's the condition of this hotel.
