This is one of the best places (and very economic) to have kerala food in Chennai. I love Mallu food ( but they do not serve beaf! :( It is a small restaurant with a small AC room in one side. Food is one of the best mallu food available in chennai. Malabar biriyani made of Jeega samba rice is yummy. My son loves the payam pori and kerala chic fry!

Value for money accommodation in an excellent location with clean rooms and baths,front office staff and housekeeping staffs are very helpful ,Descent breakfast .I will definitely stay here again with family.

Stayed here for a business purpose. Hotel is located in a residential area very silent and calm environment. it's a nice place to stay with family. staffs are very co-operative and the food is awesome.i recommend this to everyone who looking for a decent hotel in adyar area.

Nice location, clean rooms and great breakfast with good customer service. Overall great 👍 Will come back next time. This place has good restaurants nearby. Also there are good shopping places  Gandhi nagar is a great calm location. Best wishes

Room was small but functional. Nothing out of ordinary. Bathroom was clean but again not fancy…guess function of price. Makes sense to book the whole apt ( if possible) than a single room for privacy. Staff is responsive. Location is convenient.

Located in Adayar-Chennai, very calm and nice place with reasonable/affordable pricing.
Rooms are decent and clean.
Breakfast is reasonable.
Staff is very courteous.
Food- Though they dont  offer a great variety its value for money even here.
Wi-fi is not bad.

Best budget option for business travellers.
Extremely high on cab connectivity and also few famous restaurants of Chennai.



I have stayed in this hotel three times in the months of May and June 2016.One time with my family and two times I alone stayed there.Car parking is available.My family enjoyed the stay.For Breakfast, they serve poori with chenna one day,Idly another day and alu parota the other day.For dinner, I enjoyed pulka with dal and onion salad.They are not charging for tea and coffee.The famous Cresent Sweet and Sangeetha hotel are nearby.As it is situated in the residential area I went for a walk both in the morning and evening.

The food service was very good. However the lift would never come to the ground floor, we needed to ask someone to get it switched on.facilities in the room were basic- wifi too slow and weak, television with limited channels, the common corridor was full of mosquitoes. unable to call guests for a short discussion.The service staff are very flexible with check in and out times.

24 hour check-in/check-out facility was a real bonus for us as, because of flight, we checked in at 2:30 one morning and checked out at 10:15 at night when we left! The hotel was very flexible and even made some local calls for free for us. Manager, Mr. Sasi is polite, helpful and well-organized. Breakfast was minimal but varied between idli and puri and paratha, etc. All of the staff smiled and there is a sitting room area outside your room which you can use. It felt to us like home-from-home! Some little things went slightly wrong, but they did not prevent full enjoyment of this affordable hotel. We are grateful to Mr. Sasi and his team.

The so-called hotel is actually a service apartment. THE ROOM ALLOTED TO US WAS SO SMALL THAT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MOVE AROUND THE BED. THERE WAS NO PROVISION TO MAKE TEA/COFFEE IN THE ROOM. THE APPROACH TO THE APARTMENT AND THE SO-CALLED RECEPTION AREA (!) DO NOT GIVE A WELCOME APPEARENCE AND NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.
