Wonderful place!! People are very nice and the resort is clean and I will visit again.  Close to some historical places.  The food is great. The room we stayed was nice, clean and the bathroom was superb.  If you are visiting that area, make sure you check them out.  They have Kerala atmosphere for trees and landscaping.  Good place to spend few days!!

Loved the stay made me feel like home , Thanks Saijju for for beautiful room, all the staffs are amazing.Greenaries and those fresh air , those cycling facilities , nice bar and services were really good.

Excellent food. Good staff.etc...all the very enjoy to kids and cuples.it like a very indoor game, outdoor games, etc... It's like home feeling.

A fantastic stay and celebration at the resort - Mermaid @ kelambakkam. 
Wonderful ambience, super tasty food, greeneries, swimming pool was clean and neat, rain dance was amazing. Morning cycling, spa are added advantage. Rooms were perfect. 
And two most important thing. 
1. Their hospitality was amazing. Customer friendly ♥️ 
2. The birthday decoration done in middle of pond was awesome. 

Family enjoyed to the core . Our daughter (2yrs) was so happy. Prices are affordable for sure. Worth every penny. Please do visit guys.

Amazing place to spend your weekend with lovely Green covered resort and breathing a healthy Air. GREAT N delicious Food.. they serve and cook how u want is Customized.  OVERALL a great experience of Star category treatment.

We gathered at this resort to celebrate my mom's birthday. Took 3 chamber rooms. Alltogether it was a cozy stay, friendly staff, best in class hospitality. Food at the restaurant taste good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Special thanks to entire hotel team for well maintaining the resort. At this pandemic situation also they follow all safety and hygiene protocols. Chamber rooms are the last located rooms at the resort where 150mts walk in the middle of both the sides covered by coconut trees gives you a healthy mood. Spa and bar are also there at the property.

Will definitely recommend to my known circle & will visit again.

We recently (December 2019) celebrated our father's Centennial Celebration at Mermaid Resort. Our father lived to be 95 years. Our family from India, USA, Australia and Canada wanted to get together over days three days to celebrate his life. I happen to be the key coordinator of the event. In June of 2019 I started looking for place that had good rooms  and a convention center. After checking out many places I chose Mermaid Resort which turned out to be a perfect match and far exceeded the expectations we had to host a successful event. From day one Shobha was very helpful in making the room reservations. She made sure that we got the best rooms and was flexible to accommodate all the changes we wanted as we got closer to the events. Thanks Shobha for your professionalism and patience in working with us. Special shout out goes to Veeramani who made sure that everything was in place in the convention center for the pooja and video presentation. The convention center looked wonderful and we were so pleased with the seating arrangements. The Chef put together a delicious lunch for over 70 people that was served on the lawn. The spread was huge and at a very reasonable rate. Overall, we had fabulous stay for over four days and all guests had wonderful things to stay about the facilities at the resort. Kudos to the entire staff who made our stay so pleasant and memorable. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly to everyone and our family looks forward to holding more family events at Mermaid Resort.

People are so quick in responding and very helpful in arrangements. The food is excellent. They will not compromise in quality !!!! Believe me and have your family get together’s or party’s here and you will nvr be disappointed.  I want to thank whole management for helping out so much in making my event successful !!! Was part of a college reunion, comprising a group of 10 who stayed over and more who joined the next day.

Best part, it's just off the OMR at Kelambakkam but calm and quiet. The green lawns and open space were a sight for sore eyes.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. The food we had for dinner and breakfast was quite good. The rooms were clean and sufficient.

Will certainly visit again with family as it is a great place for private groups or corporate offsite or get-togethers.
