Stopped here for just one night with a tour group.  Staff exceedingly helpful, attentive and efficient. Anxious to please and we had a nice selection of food. We wished we stayed longer than one night.
Had a packed breakfast when we left and this was good.

Visited chandigarh for business purpose. Hotel room was good with excellent service. There is a bar inside the hotel. I loved the pool situated at upper deck. Variety of food in menu to be offered. It was enough for me in 1 day trip. One should try it for once.

Good for small trip

We have a little difficulty in finding the hotel with GPS in the first but, on contacting the hotel we were guided well  to the place. Nice big rooms with good staff service. There is no major difference in suite and superior room (Just the number of beds are more in suite). Food was good but, hotel should come up with more varieties in the breakfast menu. Breakfast was delivered in the room. Only thing that was missing was lift or escalators in the hotel which can be a problem for aged people.

Stayed with my family here for three nights in December 2018. I made my booking directly with the hotel. Miss Juhil made the reservation experience seamless and easy. The rooms were cleaned, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The best part is the food and the morning buffet. 
There are some cons: This hotel is popular for events and normally always busy with weddings and other events. First night we couldn’t sleep due to loud noise and the musics they were playing until midnight. I doubt if anyone in the hotel actually could sleep. After I complained few times they stopped the music after midnight. I was in a sheer shock that a reputed brand (Radisson!) hotel can do such cheap unreasonable thing. Being a Radisson member was not good enough for them to be considerate. My aged parents couldn’t sleep.
Next day the duty manager Mr Rishi came and apologised and also the hotel manager at the time of check out. Mr Rishi definitely could soften my anger but I want the management to take note of this incident which is not acceptable.
Another problem we had was with the smell from toilet. After numerous requests they run the so called exhaust which was not even good enough to hold a single tissue. It was unbearable and we were scared to go to toilet during our entire stay. I will definitely consider other hotel for stay at Chandigarh. Also taking out my Radisson membership as their customer service is useless and only interested in booking hotels without offering any help to customer when needed.

A bad experience!

It is a ok hotel with almost all the basic amenities covered be it rooms or food. The rooms particularly were clean but somehow small and the food was average with rates little bit on the hugher side. Overall ok.
