Here's what I actually found such a very good experience along with their extraordinary caring and good infrastructure even at an affordable expense made it memorable one forever and so far a treasury

Mesmerizing blessing experience

Staff was good.hotel location is good .it is mid in city.internet speed was good there.food is very delicious.rooms are spacious and very clean.Whenever i will come in city i will definitely stay here.

Delicious food and value for money

Although Location wise its good hotel, in mid of the city with great shopping district but view from isn't that much of the attraction for this hotel. Rooms were spacious and neat with mid class room service but all together thumbs up for rooms and hotel staff.

Great Rooms if not that interested in Good View

Pathetic. Don't ever book this hotel. Room service takes more than an hour to deliver. Only one word staff knows....sorry.
Room is good with good house keeping n prompt service. Room service is pathetic. Buffet breakfast one has to struggle to find items.

I like to stay here this a gud place to stay as place n team here r so gud nd cooperative. I hve visited here few tyms nd will prefer d stay agn.
The bst thing is its cleanliness nd hygiene , perfct it is.

Nothing to talk about

We booked this as it was on a Flash Sale, and we regretted it the moment we saw its exteriors. This hotel is located in a commercial complex, the ground floors occupied by retail shops, cloth merchants, and food stalls. The complex is quite shabby and it gave a terrible first impression to see that I would be staying in a commercial complex. There is no female staff in this hotel. So when you are traveling with your family, this is a red flag. A female receptionist gives a more positive impression that families can be comfortable there without being swamped by creepy men.The bedsheets were not clean, the pillows had marks on them, there were hair strands on the 'cleaned' bedhsheets. We asked them to replace. Still nothing changed, the feedback register had lots of negative comments like "wafer thin walls", "unclean bedsheets", "food not good" etc.So we did not check-in to the hotel as it was not upto the mark. However, staff was helpful. They did not fight with us even though we did not pay a single rupee for the booking.Also, I called up Expedia as well to say that I am disappointed that the hotel is not upto the mark.And the Expedia representative asked that "did you not see the hotel pics before booking?", and then said that "if you are on the hotel property that means you have checked-in, and whether any payment will have to be made or not will depend on the hotel rules". So Expedia was not at all helpful.

Staff was friendly; bedsheets were dirty

A nightmare, after traveling from the US to India & 5 hours by car we arrived exhausted at OYO Rooms;2 prepaid rooms 4 nights. The hotel staff said they had no rooms. I could see our names on the reservation list but yet they refused.After discussion, they tried to put us in another OYO Hotel, I would have gladly accepted, but that hotel also refused us. Their attitude was off-putting; they didn't want to help us resolve the issue. I explained the rooms were prepaid & yet they had no common decency to assist us in finding other lodging.This created a huge challenge since we had to find a hotel in a city that we did not know on the spot in a country that is not always easy to navigate.It was such an unpleasant, disrespectful experience. They had no empathy for the situation that they put us in. I feel strongly that all OYO Rooms hotel needs to be removed from Hotels.com listings to prevent future problems to travelers.I wrote to Hotels.com that evening. I was so upset. No one responded even though I got a generated email saying they received the complaint and would contact me.I then had to spend time & money to call Hotels.com to get my money back from OYO Rooms while in India. On returning home, I called Hotels.com asking upper management to contact me but they never followed-up.I am very dissatisfied after being a loyal, long-term client. In the last four months I have booked for myself 70 nights lodging & still I get no answer.25 years of travel
