We Stayed in hotel Greenland for a night it was a very pleasant experience and  very clean and staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place!! A new hotel run by very friendly people!

Lovely staff nice hotel

Let me preface this review by saying have traveled to about 30 countries and have stayed in all sorts of places. I love traveling and learning about different cultures. I have backpacked, camped in the woods, stayed in hostels, stayed in monasteries, and done so happily - even when conditions were not like home. I do not expect extreme comfort when I travel. Many of these places have been what many would consider "rough," but I have always known what I was getting into. So, I would never complain about a place so long as it truthfully represented itself. So, Hotel Greenland was terrible. The advert completely misrepresented itself to an almost humorous degree. It was also far more expensive than other competing hotels which are nicer. For the cost of this room, I would recommend another hotel in the area. There are many that are quite lovely or at least match their costs with the state of the rooms. The rooms had large holes at the top which opened to the hallway, the shower and bathroom were awful - barely functional (there was also a hole at the top of the bathroom everything could be heard from the next room), the staff was unresponsive to concerns, there was no room for luggage, there was no telephone, there was a TV, which was not plugged in and had no outlet for cable, although it was advertised as AC, there was no AC and only a discolored space where the AC was at one time, the wifi was spotty at best, there was no window, the place was filthy, and despite advertising as a place that allows credit cards (cash is tight in India right now), both of their readers were somehow broken. Many other guests were complaining, by the way. Finally, the hotel tried to stop this review by saying that I canceled the booking. Therefore, I have provided photos below that indicate how filthy and mismanaged this place it. Avoid this hotel.
