Was good but slightly noisy. Overall it was a good experience.

Went with Family and Kids!!! Loved the rooms.. Loved the food and loved the staff.. Great Value for money over other similar hotels!!!.. Location is nice and peacefull for india..  no horns early morning.. had a hot shower daily.. aircon worked... what more can i say...

1st time in Bhopal from London. All staff members made it a great experience 

We had a lovely stay at the Ten Suites. It was a perfect little oasis with a fantastic bathroom. We enjoyed the restaurant and cafe as well. We were happy to use the online menu but sometimes trying to read off your phone screen in bright sunlight is hard so would have appreciated a paper menu! Our host was super helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Perfect oasis

I was very impressed by the pictures, and rightly so. The property is beautiful. 
Full marks for the 
1. decor and theme 
2. food is delicious 
3. Location

What's disappointing is 
1. It could be cleaner, the washroom, the beds etc., which is a big turndown. 
2. Full of mosquitoes also because they have many plants indoors and outdoors but have not tackled the  mosquito issue
3. They had an afternoon party when I was staying, and the music was so loud that I was surprised how this could be allowed in a hotel 

Then I realised it's a boutique hotel that may need to be fully fledged in the hotel business, hence the lack of service and professionalism.

Overall it's a beautiful place but has immense scope for improvement. If you go in with this expectation, you'll be less disappointed.

Beautiful property but needs work

Good location near to the lake and away from maddening traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The corridors and old furnitures add to the 'oriental' interiors. The free breakfast provided is ala carte, so it has to be ordered in advance if you are expecting a quick breakfast. The tribal museum and lake is within 2 -3 kms from the hotel.

Crowded restaurant, very costly

It's a very good boutique to stay into, neat, courteous staff & good food. Outstanding coffee in their cafe is a plus. It's quaint and comfortable, pleasant aesthetics make your stay even more welcoming. The owner's (Varun) personal attention to operations and his prompt availability is highly appreciative. They deliver consistently. Thankyou for a great experience during my second stay too!

Great boutique stay

Our stay at 'The Ten Suites' was very comfortable and memorable. It is a beautiful property ideally located. Each room is tastefully curated and we absolutely loved the theme-based decor and color choice. The restaurant serves excellent, fresh food and the staff are professional and very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

Memorable Stay

The breakfast food quality was good and spread was adequate, not more not less. Some options of ala carte dish ordering as a package of room with breakfast can make it complete though. The service staff is courteous and cooperative.

Besides the positives, planning is observed to be absent in the staff, with last minute relocation request and last minute early check out request being raised by the staff, with practically no notice time.

A probable miscommunication situation, while ordering a snack could have been handled better by the staff with the customer not being accused of ordering the incorrect food. 

Further, it's cancellation should also had been easier since the served food was not what was ordered by the client.

The restaurant menu needs to be updated in the room service menu.

The rooms rates are very high compared to the room size, amenities at the property.

Room management needs planning. Good food and service. Room costs are high.

You read that right. I've tried Vivanta, Radisson and all of them, but the hospitality at the Ten Suites stands unparalleled. Their service and quality of accomodation is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, so are the bathrooms. The restaurant is indeed one of the best in Bhopal, and the extra price charged is justified by the quality and taste of the food, across cuisines. I would strongly recommend anyone travelling to Bhopal this hotel and if not a stay, then at least trying out their restaurant is a must!!!
