Location wise it's very good as we travelled from Nashik to Kanpur- I visited 2 yrs back it was newly maintained but now No service , No maintenance , No commitment nothing. Washrooms were not cleaned not maintained , room service not good . we booked with free breakfast but in morning they start delaying  this & we waited till 8:30 AM but nothing happened and we left.(room no 208)

Visited on 13/03/21 - No Maintenance , No Service , No commitment  Full wastage of money

I visited Bhopal for some official work. I found this hotel very near to the airport and the property was very good so I booked it via some online portal. 

Electricity and water supply is the main problem where they have to work on.
Food quality =  good. 
The drawback was they didn't have their own cab for pick up and drop. You have to rely on OLA or any other local convenience.

Good Property but not well maintained

TLDR: Property refused to provide room to my elderly parents and forced them to look for alternate accommodation at 10 pm on a winter night. This, after full payment made in advance as directed and confirming the booking through phone, email and text messages. 

I booked this hotel for my parent's one night stay in Jan'19 at Bhopal. I was flying in to Bhopal and they were planning to receive me at airport before continuing our trip. Even though the reviews were already quite bad for this hotel, I chose to book it because of its location very close to Bhopal airport. 

I booked one room at this hotel through one of the major travel sites. As per process, my booking was confirmed but I needed to make a pre-payment and this was directly handled by the property. Once I received the email prompting for advance payment, I made the payment and received confirmation through mail and text.  The confirmation messaged also included a phone number as point of contact to property. My father called this number to confirm the booking and informed about their arrival time before starting their travel. They ensured him that booking is confirmed and acknowledged receipt of full payment.

My parents reached the hotel after a 6 hours drive at around 9 pm on Jan 25’ 2019. Upon arriving, the hotel refused to give them a room saying that we had no booking at the hotel. The front desk officer behaved in the most unprofessional and rude manner specially considering that he was dealing with elderly guests. My father showed him the email for booking and payment confirmation. The front desk still refused to accept that payment has been made. My father called the contact person with whom he spoke earlier and he again confirmed that payment is made and that he will look into the matter, but nothing happened.  After one hour of struggle, and even after offered to make the payment again, the hotel informed that there is no room available. My father suspected that they have fully booked the place for some wedding function and that’s why turning away guests who have prior bookings. Finally we gave up and booked another hotel at 10 pm in the night. 

I have made many online hotel reservations over the years in both India and abroad and this was, by far, one of the worst and most unprofessional travel experience I have had. All thanks to the mismanagement and horrible customer service practices at Capital O 2642 Golden Lakes Hotel.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. Its away from all the traffic and slum areas. I booked a suite for myself and I was more than satisfied. The room was big enough. I invited my girlfriend also... She loved the room... It has BIG WINDOWS with an amazing view... We felt very romantic...

HOTEL DENIED CHECKIN

Okay for a one night stay and proximity to the bhopal Airport. 

The rooms are decent, regular size rooms with bathroom fittings and all. But need a further clean up. 

The staff is okay but not very well groomed. One may consider staying here if you want proximity to the Airport and do not have any other options inside the City. 

The surrounding area of the hotel is deserted and no options to explore. 

Recommended if you have a family/ colleague with you and want to stay near the airport.

airport proximity is the only advantage

Well, this is located very close to the airport, but expect nothing to be surrounded since it's on the highway. Very small town or chowck ( atm, food stall and other small business vendors) is like less than a km from the hotel (the moment you come out of hotel main gate, take a right and walk)  since nothing is around the hotel, A person like me likes to explore. 

Bus number 48 (red in color) from the hotel I believe takes you to proper town. 
For a length of 3kms, the bus took 5buks. The stay is good only for short period of time. 

By the way there is no lunch provided and have to fetch food outside the hotel. 

Reception was good, dinner and breakfast were fair. There is a JAIN temple like 4kms away from the hotel, worth visiting as it's on the hilly area and it's beautiful when it's raining. Take an ola and ask him to stay with you while you give extra to the driver. Took pictures but got wiped in rain :(
